Great, modern, clean, relaxing villa style hotel”
I stayed here for 2 nights, I originally booked the 1 night but it was so nice I decided to stay 2, each room is like a privrate villa with its own car park space so its very convenient. Location wise it is very close to the train station and all the temples etc. I have worked in Ayutthaya for many years and stayed in pretty much all the hotels here, this is by far the nicest and best value for money, staff are great and friendly and its all very secure. Would recommend very nice place to stay and very good price. Room is clean with good wifi and good air con and a large flat screen TV. Thank you Sbyhouse and keep up the good work!

The small houses are newly build and very clean. The staff is really friendly and even washed our clothes within two hours for a very reasonable price. Even we had one gecko in our room I can recommend this hotel, because there's also a private parking spot next to each house.

We spent 2 days at Sby hotel and the place is very peaceful. The bedrooms are clean. We went to the nearest temple by foot. The last day our guest proposed to drive us to the bus station at 6.30 am. We appreciated a lot!

If you're looking to save money while visiting this area this place would be fine. If you're looking for a comfortable or romantic getaway I would choose a different place. Pros - The staff are usually welcoming and friendly. The rooms are mostly clean. The people at the front desk are very helpful in helping you order a ride to where you want to go. The aircon was great and the garden is very pretty. There's a restaurant around the corner that has nice food for lunch and dinner. Cons - the bed was very uncomfortable and noisy. There were about a hundred flies in one of the bathrooms and each night some of them would get into the sleeping area. The staff would sometimes give free bottled water, and on a different day would charge for it when it's supposed to be included. It was confusing. I also thought sometimes the staff's attitude was a bit stern, please speak more gently to your guests.

不建议中国人入住 ，酒店没有诚信”
开始定的房间 确认单也发了，到酒店后老板说没有房间了，只有家庭房了，说加200块钱，带我去看了一下，我定的是标间，这个家庭房是个大床房，非常小，我拒绝了，打了客服电话投诉，说明了情况客服还不相信，直接把电话给老板了，老板还是说没有房间，但是让客服过30分钟打过去。对此我打了三个电话催客服，并说明酒店并不是那么多人，根本还有房间，最后等了一个小时，客服告知我可以入住了，当时晚上了已经没有什么酒店了，只好入住，而且要说的是给了我一间标间！！ 这家酒店那么没有诚信，建议大家不要预定，而且房间很小。也就8平米，行李根本没地方放。
