Close to pier and nice view of the sea on the 2nd floor, walkable distance to some quite beaches, quite at night, room is clean and comfortable, staff are very nice, very cost effective and highly recommended!

Accommodation with a shady atmosphere, the room is big and clean. We got sea view also with cheap price. However they maybe do not have a receptionist for 24 hr. just in case you need something or have some problem at the night time.

Their have no Hotel Name Banner on road side. First time no one find this hotel address. and their room facilities little bit poor. Their have no MIrror, No Hanger, No table , No tv channels. and they take my passport for deposit. BUT those staffs are very good, Location is awesome. and they offer for rent motor bike.

As the attendant of the hotel or guesthouse I would like to highlight that they should at least know the basic English. They are located in the touristic area so it is expected they will greet not only locals but also foreigners. As noticed, most of the guests during our time are non local. Cleanliness-wise, the room is okay. The AC is working and the bed is big enough. Note that you need to mention on your booking a large bed if you don't want a small twin bed. Also availability, you could have a room upstair with a view or downstair with a view of a roof. No toothbrush or whatsoever but that's expected. They provided the best they can for the price anyway.

Myself with 2 adult kids stayed for 1 night. Easy to find a short walk from the ferry. Rooms are basic but clean. Shower and air on worked well. Rented 2 motorbikes from reception. They called the main renters down by the ferry terminal and bikes were delivered within 5 minutes. Cost 300 baht u til check out time the next day, this is 400 baht if renting at the pier. Nice area outside to sit and relax at the end of the day. only iss was I would liked to have rented a double and twin room. On the website I couldn’t confirm the arrangement of beds in the room so had to rent 3 rooms in case they all had double beds. As it turned out we got one double and 2 twin rooms.

Location was good, near the famous port. But there's no staff on site. However, the room is okay and the cleanliness is good. Suggest if you are looking for the place for just stay and go.

No staff and poor facilites”
Started bad and continued bad. My friend and I booked the family room as it had 2 rooms with 2 king beds. Unable to find staff and when we finally found one, she didnt seem happy and not interested in helping. The staff had no idea, they were unable to determine our room. Eventually after several phone calls and being taken to 3 rooms, finally it was figured out. But the room wasn't good. We don't have high expectations, so we are very easy going. While we were there we cleaned and repaired the aircon, repaired lights, plumbing etc...felt like we should've been paid for the repairs we did. Perhaps the other rooms are better. They seem to get a better rating.

Good budget option on Koh Larn”
Once you get off the Na Baan Pier (Main Village), you just turn right and follow the path up about 100 meters until you see a big 2 storey building on the right. The staff cant speak a word of English, make sure you have proof of your booking. The rooms are of decent size, a fridge, aircon and ask for room on 2nd floor during booking, the balcony has a view of the sea. there's no safe in room just like the rest of the hotels on the island and no wifi but I have no complaints, its a Thai family run business and most of its clients are also Thai, nice place and for the price I will surely be back.
