Staff was really very co-operative especially some Mr. Yadav Manager who was on duty on 4th August when I checked in. I told him that I have to leave early morning next day, he insisted me to have a complementary Breakfast before I leave as they start it at 7:00 morning. Breakfast was really delicious. Except water bottles in room, every thing is chargeable but that doesn't matter a more. Room and wash room was neat and clean . Swimming pool is also good..

Everything was really nice, staff were really friendly always ready to help you with smile, nice clean rooms, very very good breakfast.only drawback was I stayed on sixth floor & plane were flying over every 15-20 minutes with very loud noise, I couldn't sleep all nights. May be less noise on lower floors ! Other than that you can't fault anything

Great location and friendly staff”
Having stayed in various hotels in Mumbai, Sea princess is the best. Like the location, staff are friendly especially the night staff Nitin and his colleague(forgot her name, sorry) Amazing breakfast in the morning but a small change of seating the guests to the table would be good rather then leaving them wandering finding their own table/ sharing table with someone else is not a good experience. No one wants to have conversion first thing in the morning with someone else listening The Maharastrian chef that makes egg in the morning at the egg counter was superbly friendly. We got in conversation with him daily

We would highly recommend Sea Princess to anyone visiting Mumbai. Having stayed in the Marriott and Novotel on previous trips, Sea Princess has been the most welcoming and hospitable of the 3. The staff are always keen to help out and the hotel feels very comfortable and convenient in all respects. The food is also delicious and spa treatments are a lovely treat and great value for money. The restaurant staff were also very helpful in identifying what I could eat/they could provide that was gluten free, however in future would have loved to see more continental gluten free options on the breakfast menu - such as bread/cereal/pastries. We had emailed in advance to make this request and sadly gluten free bread was sourced only in the last two days of our weeks stay. Looking forward to coming back again in the future, hopefully with more gluten free breakfast options :)

Perfect hub”
Ask for a room facing inwards so that the noise of the planes don't disturb you. Floor 3 is perfect as the rooms have all been recently refurbished. The staff work so hard and can't do enough to make you comfortable. Of course you could have the splendor of JW Marriott but for 20Rs in a tuk tuk for a change of scene is no trouble. Thought I had screwed up by staying in North Mumbai and not South Mumbai but not the case. We took a train from Santa Cruz into South Mumbai which was a lot of fun. The Victoria Terminus is a spectacular sight. A tuk tuk ride to Bandra was also fun. As a base, couldn't fault this hotel.

Great location, friendly staff”
This hotel represented value for money. Unfortunately we did not have our promised sea view as our window was covered with scaffolding and shade cloth as part of renovations. The hotel had a lovely pool and meals area. We went as part of a group of 6 and all of the rooms were differently furnished and in various states of renovation. Therefore it is a little bit of pot luck to what you get. Rooms were definitely tired but bathrooms seem to have been upgraded. Ardarsh in the pool/bar area was amazing and an asset to the hotel. Always attentive and friendly. No request was too much.
