Everything we needed and more”
We were pleased to have an upstairs room. It gave us a bit of privacy. We shared a table and two chairs on the deck with the next room, but never lacked for a seat. It was a lovely location with many things nearby. Excellent restaurants, ATM, spas and the beach... It was a taxi ride to old town which was wonderful! We really loved the city. The room was clean, a good size and well supplied. They serves breakfast till 10. Her family is lovely! She booked our departing bus for us and when we asked where we could get a certain type of sandwich for our journey, she went out especially to buy one for us! Then when we realized after boarding the shuttle to the bus “station” that we had left a bag, she brought it to us! I wish we could have tipped her for it, but she had already left it there when we arrived there. She went way above and beyond to meet our every need!

Perfect for solo travel”
Awesome homestay. I loved having access to a stove and kitchen and the staff was incredibly helpful. It was not full of noisy backpackers and was close to the beach. The beach has been eroded recently so it is about a 2 mile ride to An bang beach, but that was no problem at all. There is a loud badminton game that happens around 6am, so I’d suggest staying in a room towards the back of the home rather than front.

Quiet home stay by the beach ”
We really enjoyed our stay at Sun Sea Home Stay! The staff was so lovely and welcoming right from the very start, and they spoke excellent English. The location was a little bit out of town, but if you’re looking for something quiet, it’s a perfect location. There are still plenty of tasty and cheap restaurant options. The room was clean and the shower was hot. Daily housekeeping provided every day. Breakfasts were tasty. The homestay was close to the beach, but don’t expect a beachfront property - you have to cross a street and wander through a restaurant to reach the coast, and the nicer beaches are a walk away. Overall, great value for the money, and we would definitely recommend!

Good homestay”
Chill and laidback atmosphere in the homestay. Overall friendly service; however, there are some things to improve. I made the big mistake of not checking the conditions of my stay. I thought that the breakfast was included in the price of the room as the app mentioned. Every morning I was asked if I want to have breakfast and what were the options. I didn't see a menu and the prices. At check-out, I was told that I had to pay for all the breakfasts that I had. I could say that it is a quite missleading way to offer a service but it was my fault since I didn't double-check the stay conditions.

The owner is helpful, gave us good recommendations & arranged for us a message in the room. helped us arrange for bus bookings. They offer breakfast, & bikes for rent. Close by to none touristic beach, and coconut village.

Lovely place ”
We had a great time at this place the staff was really nice and helpful. The bed was comfy the shower and toilet was really nice! A walk from the beach, but you will need to rent a scooter to get in to town. All in all not any bad things to say about this place 😊

Very nice homestay next to beach”
We originally had only booked for one night but but ended up staying 2 because we liked it so much. The room was very spacious with a very nice bathroom. The location was great as it was a 5 minute walk to the beach (not Ang Bang but I liked this one better anyway) and there were quite a few cheaper restaurants nearby. The only downsides were that the wifi wasn’t very good, the pillows were pretty lumpy and the fridge smelt bad when I opened it because it had been turned off between residents. The water pressure wasn’t great but it did work, and the complimentary breakfast was very nice although basic. I would recommend others to stay here.

Very good in a context of a cheap homestay. Clean and friendly stuff. Just don't be fooled by a picture of the beach and garden, there is nothing like that on the property, it's not on the beach, you need to walk across roads and restaurants over 100 or more meters

Amazing stay close to the beach in a relaxed surrounding”
We really enjoyed our stay at the SeaSun Homestay. The location was perfect, close to the beach and still not too busy (as you would find in Hoi An). The Room was big and the bathroom as well. Breakfast was delicious and could be adjusted to you personal preferences. In the surrounding there are a lot of restaurants and shops, so you can find everything you might need. It’s also possible to rent a bike or a motorbike, get laundry done and book a transfer to DaNang. We really enjoyed our time there and would totally recommend staying there.

Great price, poor room quality. ”
Staff were really friendly, breakfast was good and a fantastic price for the area. Real problems with the room. Room was very grimy, we counted 14 spiders in the room and managed to kill 9 mosquitos before we went to sleep (owner gave us a bug zapper). The room DESPERATELY needs a mosquito net. The bathroom also stunk of drains and damp so we had to keep the door closed. Was passable for us considering the price but can't reccomend this place unless there is an improvement in the rooms.
