Great for a night on the island”
We were two couples wanting to stay on the island for a night. this hotel was perfect. The rooms are lovely, clean and really well kept. We didnt see any specific facilities this place might have but its also on the beach so what more do you need. This is a great place if you just want somewhere to crash for a night in a nice room.

Perfect Getaway spot in Koh Lann”
The hotel is located right next to the beach on the back of the island. However, despite locating there, there aren't many food vendors around. The facilities are great for a getaway. You will get a good sleep and a good time.

The first time we reached to the Tawan pier, we were looking for the resort which we booked and we was so surprised that our resort looked like haunted place. But we thought it was like this becuase Covid-19 situation. It’s okay. There’s only one staff at the front office and a some of housekeepers in front of my room. We have got the room next to housekeeping store room. That’s why all of staffs sat in front of my room all the time. The room is same as in the picture but it quite old and the bathroom was not clean. By the way, we stayed this place for 2 nights. It was fine without any service. No breakfast, no facilities. But the location is very good and there’s seven eleven and some of local restaurants which not expensive and good taste. We hope the owner of this hotel will do some renovations in the future if the tourism at Koh Larn is better. Because this hotel used to be a nice one in actually with awesome location!

Close to Beach”
The room was quite nice, well appointed, good amenities and comfortable. The location is perfect if you just want to enjoy the main beach, eat, drink and listen to one of many live bands. It is easy enough to access the main town and other beaches by rental bike or songtow. However, the main entrance before you reach reception is dilapidated and the hotel looks abandoned so not a good first impression.

The buildings are quite old. But bed is comfy enough. the location is golden because it's a walking distance to 2 beautiful beaches "Tawaen beach" and "Sawang Beach" and next door to 7-11.

Room was clean and the style was nice. Some minor maintence would help. Great location. No water first morning. Room was never cleaned or serviced during my stay. Partial sea view = If you have x-ray vision and can see through a hill then the sea is on the other side. The view looked into the side of a hill. Run down.

First impressions count for a lot and probably the reason there is no photo of entrance or reception on the hotel site. It looks a derelict place on approach and a more unwelcoming and off putting reception I have yet to see. Staff sleeping on the floor behind the desk others cross legged on the floor eating their food did not impress. Room was dirty, smelled damp and musty. The next room offered the tv did not work so back to the original. No breakfast, no facilities at all, no food or bar, phone in room not working,torch not working, tv had 0nly shopping channels, no hairdryer, I could go on. No one spoke English and so difficult to convey disappointment. Certainly not worth the money we paid, staff not motivated so I assume poor management. Stray dogs outside and on stairwell, all in all a lousy place. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else
