We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel. They exceeded out expectations, in ALL aspects. Pros: • location - HONESTLY (not just saying it for advertising purposes, but truly) located right across from Bayside Station (one stop away from DisneySea) there is also a COMPLIMENTARY shuttle to and from the station if walking down the hill with a stroller/ carrying all your Disney bags is too much • staff - ALL staff (Yes, I do mean ALL staff) ALL STAFF WERE AMAZING! They all made our stay so enjoyable. The bell desk employees high fived our littles every morning. They even helped to load our stroller into the shuttles. We checked our bags the first day so we could explore the area hands free. They also held our bags after we checked out so that way we could do a kimono photoshoot located AT the hotel. We also mentioned we were traveling with littles and they offered to push our beds together to make the sleeping situation safer for them. • amenities - there were so many things to do on NON Disney days at the property. (Indoor pool, indoor play area - for a fee, but so worth it, mini golf, an official Namco arcade, there was a train to ride on for young children, claw machines, a picture booth, medal games, there was also a flight simulator AND a professional photo studio on property) Due to our schedule before checking in, we were unable to get the kimono pictures we wanted so we were pleasantly surprised to find an actual photo studio that offered kimono AND Disney options. • elevators - there were enough elevators on property so that we never had to wait for multiple elevators. The elevators were also large enough that we could fit a double stroller, with a wheelchair and 5 adults! In Japan, that's UNHEARD of! • food service - there were a lot of options on property and 2 mini marts, 1 open 24hrs (unmanned) • ATM machine & currency exchange! • laundry facility on site, ALSO on the same floor as the arcade. Easy to keep busy while doing laundry! • VIEW! - We had an amazing ocean view, and loved it. Others in our party had the park view and they got to watch the firework show from their room. • AC - the air conditioning actually worked and could be adjusted • Bed - was so comfortable • shower- water pressure/heat, great to take a nice warm bath after long Disney days Cons: None. Honestly. I've been trying to find something, anything to critique or that may have needed more attention, and I can't think of anything. We loved our room. Loved our stay and we can't wait to be back!

Excellent location for going to disneyland”
I've been staying at this hotel for 3 times now. It's my go to hotel whenever I go to disneyland or disney sea. They have shuttle bus to ikspiari mall and to the disney line. It's quite convenient. They also have very good in dining dinner for the room. I had the pork tonkatsu and the portion is huge. It was delicious. The decor is beautiful and the room are clean and spacious and I love there's a small stool inside the bath roomfor you to sit when you shower. Very good when you're too tired from walking from disneyland. Highly recommended!
The Most Magical Place Adjacent”
Our trip was only to visit DisneySea but boy were we amazingly happy that we chose this hotel. We took the Limousine Bus from Narita Airport to the Hotel. The Hotel is located right in front of the Disney Monorail(3min walk) and one station away from DisneySea. In fact we could see Fantasy Springs on our elevator ride to our room. They also provide a shuttle bus to and from JR Maihama Station which coincidentally is the same stop as Ikspiari where the closest Supermarket where bought our groceries from is located. To my Muslim brethren, please do make a stop at Seijo Ishii to source for all your meals and snacks. About the hotel itself, room was spacious, and cosy absolutely worth the money. Hotel staff were kind and friendly, I was glad to find that most of the front desk staff were fluent in English. We arrived early before check-in and they allowed us to leave our bags so we could continue to explore the area. They have their own Disney Souvenir store at the 2F, in case you would like to make any last minute souvenir run. Overall very glad to have chosen this hotel for our stay. Some mentions to make; 1. The breakfast buffet has very limited options for Muslims. 2. Our Bathroom shower holder was chipped 3. TV channels had limited options for entertainment, hoping they could include channels with Disney Movies in the future.
Excellent for Children”
This hotel is the nicest "child friendly" hotel I have ever stayed at. They are clearly geared towards families with young children but do not lose any of the refined taste I expect at an upclass hotel. The amenities and staff are excellent, the rooms are simple and clean, and the location is outstanding if you intend on going to Tokyo Disney. The shuttle service to Tokyo Haneda Airport is also excellent; we chose to stay here not only on the front side of our trip, but returned for another night's stay at the end as well because of the convenience and enjoyment we had the first time.
