"Clean and good value. There is no laundry service but they actually provide shirt and pants that you can wear throughout your stay. You'll have to check out at 10am after every day, regardless of how many nights you are staying which although is a minor inconvenience, it keeps things clean and fresh as you get new amenities every day. There's not a lot of space in the locker and can get a little cramped if there are multiple people in the locker/shower room, so it's most optimal to stay here if you are travelling light."

"This is my very first time staying at a capsule hotel in Tokyo without knowing what to expect beforehand. It was conveniently located within walking distance from the Shinbashi station. The interior was designed with a Thai decor to which I found tranquility immediately upon arrival. The capsule has come with its own lighting, air conditioning, power charging cords and TV. The pillow and blanket were very comfortable. The bathroom, changing room, onsen, laundry area and the dining area were all very well tended. The stay has way surpassed my expectation. Will come stay again for sure next time. "

"It is a simple hotel, but it is really comfortable. If I would be given the chance to visit Shinbashi area again, I would stay in this hotel. It is also conveniently located near major shopping areas, like Ginza. Don Quixote is also near. It is near Shinbashi station so I did not worry to much about getting lost."

"We stayed 6 nights as this was the best location to travel between different parts of Tokyo. Unfortunately the size of the room was small for our two large suitcases but we made do with what we had. The view we had on the 15th floor was lovely, but the time it takes to get down to the ground floor took a while. They only have one elevator, but the hotel boast about being eco-friendly and sustainable. The hotel is ideal for travelers for work, or for a short stay."

"Keio Presso Hamamatsucho is a great hotel. We stayed for 2 weeks on our first trip to Japan. This is a business district near Tokyo Tower so it is quiet at night. There a lot of restaurants nearby and there are three convenience stores (7/11, Family Mart and Lawson) within a block, so ATM's and food is readily available. The Lawson is actually in the same building and connected by a door in the lobby. Every day we had breakfast at the hotel and then went on the subway to go sightseeing. We usually tried to avoid rush hour so the trains were easy to use. The hotel is within easy walking distance of two subway stations and a JR Yamanote station. The JR station is Hamamatsucho, the Haneda Airport Monorail terminus so getting in and out of town with luggage MUCH easier. Only 1 USB port and two plugs in the room, so bring hubs! Breakfast quality is good but selection limited and pretty bland. Room and bathroom are small but space is efficient. Has safe, fridge and kettle"

"Rooms are what you'd expect from a business hotel in Tokyo, a tight fit and minimalist but functional. In room, there is an empty fridge to keep snacks and an electric kettle/thermos seemed big for the room, particularly given the single green tea bag provided. The mattress was unusually soft for Asia. Its location is convenient, as nearby Shimbashi Station is a direct shot on the train from Narita (allow a good 90 minutes for the journey though, plus waiting time for the train). The hotel is less than a five-minute walk from the Karasumori exit of the station (turn left following the train tracks until you get to the next to the last street before the main road, then turn right) and is also surrounded by other subway stops on various lines. The immediate vicinity is quiet though there are several Family Marts and similar corner shops very nearby. The neighborhood also offers a selction of restaurants. I had lunch at the sushi bar (immediately to the left of the main entrance) and found my chirashi tasty. The hotel's own restaurant offers an early evening food and drink deal (two snack sized plates and two drinks) for Y800. I booked this hotel on Agoda and the price compared favorably with similar properties. However, you should note that Agoda's claim of in-room wifi – the detail that sold me on the hotel as I had work to do on this trip - is incorrect. They only offer wired LAN connections in room, and wifi on the ground floor (there are only two armchairs in the small reception area). This hotel caters almost exclusively to Japanese clients so just about everything (instructions for video on demand, phone calls, the internet, the menu of the hotel restaurant, the hotel's business cards, the coin operated washing machine) seems to be posted only in Japanese. Front desk staff I spoke to were shy about their English but were helpful a"
