First of all, there is no difference between the capsule room and the regular capsule. Both provide a basic capsule space as shown in the pictures. There is a sauna and hot spring. Body towels and toothbrushes are always provided, and toothpaste is not provided separately but is already applied to the disposable toothbrush. Just lightly wet it with water and it will foam. Body wash, shampoo, and facial soap are also provided. In front of the shower room (hot spring), there are drawers where you can put your personal belongings and a space where you can dry your face or hair. Towels, both small and large, are provided in the personal lockers for each check-in. Here's a question, check-in every day? Yes, that's right. In order to maintain cleanliness and organization, this capsule hotel requires check-out at 10 am every morning. As a result, there is no space to leave your luggage or personal belongings in the accommodation. It doesn't mean that there is absolutely no space for luggage, but it means that there is no space to organize personal belongings and use them comfortably from 10:00 to 14:00. Some people may say that they will go out and walk around before 10 o'clock, but this inconvenience is actually quite inconvenient. If you check-in again at 14:00, you can receive the locker key and when you open the locker, you will find large towels, small towels, and indoor gowns as mentioned earlier. I stayed at this hotel for a total of 4 nights, and from the second day excluding the first day, I adapted well and prepared my clothes in advance in the locker or neatly organized the tools for washing. The atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming, and I enjoyed interacting with people from different nationalities, having conversations, and making new friends. The capsule itself felt like a small, private room. While the first night was a little strange, I quickly got used to it and found it comfortable. The bathroom area was quite surprising for me. It’s a traditional Japanese setup where everyone bathes without clothes in an open area. You sit at a station to shower, and there’s a jacuzzi behind you. It was a completely new experience, but I adapted to it and found it to be okay, considering it’s part of the cultural norms in Japan. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Shinjuku and close to everything. It’s ideal for short stays—one to three nights—but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay. If you’re open to trying something unique and experiencing a bit of Japanese culture, this capsule hotel is a great option.

firstly i booked this place thinking is right next to the subway exit at Shinjuku station but I was wrong. So the hostel nearest exit to Shinjuku Station is quite far from the subway/train side. As u know Shinjuku have around 200 exits, so the nearest exit is Exit 15 where u have to enter from Exit B7 to find Exit 15. Why i mentioned this is because i got lost finding the exit and i ended up walking on the main road while Google Map kept bringing me to cut through the station to exit so i was a lost child for about an hour before i found my place. The good side is that if u have day tour booked, u can easily use this nearest Exit 15 to short cut to the meet up place which is at the at the other side of the station. This hostel is located in a kind of red-light district, lots of drunkard and bars around. Convenient wise is good as all the shopping and dinning is at the doorstep but i think this place is not too suitable for young children as i have experience that there some children not following the hostel rules and making lots of noise at 11pm and their guardian are being very ignorant of the "keep quiet" rules so that's my negative experience from the stay. u will have locker to keep ur things and new set of towel & pajama given everyday so u can just throw the used one at the provided laundry basket. this place is more suitable for guest who are mostly out the entire day and just to sleep at night. We have to leave the capsule by 10am everyday due to cleaning taking place until 2pm. So it forces u to go out. The other downside is that this hostel cannot keep ur luggage after u have checked out but there are public lockers at the Ground floor, but they will keep ur luggage is u are checking in on that day. In the toilet/shower area, lots of toiletries are provided even toothbrush, hair oil, cotton, hairdryers, etc. My suggestion would be bring ur own recycle bag and put ur things in when u are going for shower as it has lack of clothes hanging nook provided unless u put it on the floor.

One thing I appreciated was the daily pajama set—such a thoughtful inclusion that saves you the hassle of packing sleepwear. The hotel also provides unlimited bath and shower supplies, including body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, along with vanity items like toothbrushes, hair essence, and moisturizers. It’s perfect for light packers who want convenience without compromising on essentials. The cleanliness is top-notch, thanks to their strict check-out at 10 AM and check-in at 2 PM policy, ensuring the facilities are always fresh. If there’s one area for improvement, I’d suggest making the beddings, comforters, and pillows a bit softer to enhance the comfort level further. All in all, it’s a great place for solo travelers who value cleanliness, convenience, and affordability.
