While the facility is older no doubt, the rooms are massive, they have upgraded all the bathrooms and pool area. Staff is super accommodating. Great value. Decent location. I will Come back for sure.

For what you pay I found the Siam View Residence very good value for money. All staff friendly , helpful and engaging as required. Room size good with excellent shower pressure and and efficient air conditioning unit. Nice outside balcony a plus. Location is some 15-20 minutes walk to the beach however plenty of motorbike taxis around the hotel area. Opposite hotel a nice little Thai restaurant with a mini C and 7/11 very close by.

stayed here before a long time ago so decided to give it another try...this time the place was very noisey and security did nothing when i reported it to staff...outside the hotel the motorbike taxi clowns make heaps of noise shouting and ranting all the time...nice pool on the roof top...wifi is good...laundry across the street and restaurant...theres better places to stay in this area...

I found the location to be excellent, only 5 minutes walk to Second Road and 6 or 7 minutes walk to Pattaya Klang, (the central road running from beach road all the way through to Sukhumvit Road) and Soi Buakhow. This gave a quieter location with bars, restaurants etc within easy walking distance. Also within an 80 yard radius from the hotel were money changing booth, restaurants, quiet bars, convenience stores and laundries. Opposite the hotel is a motor bike taxi rank and the hotel provides a shuttle service to Pattaya Klang at soi 12 junction and also to second road if you prefer not to walk. It does get a little busier between about 5pm and 7pm with motor bike taxis taking the locals to and from work.

Hotel was about 10mins walk from Baywalk or from Pattaya Central Festival.the rooms were cleaned everyday as well as linens being changed daily.with everyday supply of bottled water and thanks for coffee generosity.At the hotel lobby was refreshing they offer free cold juice and free coffee 24hrs a day.staff are very patient and helpful for directions and place to go.and they have their own cafetiria with reasonable price.Just across the street you will find a small restaurant with cheaper foods that offers a variety of thai food and western food.They have free shuttle service for nearby places anytime its free.Definitely be coming back here with friends and relativeS!!!

Siam View- Nice Budget Hotel Room in Pattaya”
Siam View is located in a quieter part of Pattaya. Have to walk about 10 minutes to get on baht bus, or motorcycle taxi. The hotel was clean, and the Deluxe room was quite big, with a balcony. The price was very good. The hotel did not offer food, but it was available close by with street vendors, small restaurants and Jameson's Irish Pub close by. The hotel staff was friendly, and the monthly rate is very reasonable.

i stayed at the siam view hotel in april & may 2017 and it was a very customer friendly hotel with great staff who were always very helpful and polite. I found this hotel to be very affordable and good value for the rate i paid and would highly recommend it to people visiting Pattaya and looking for a safe and affordable hotel to stay at.

Spacious and clean Room”
i have travelled to pattaya many times but staying at the siam view was one of my best experiences to date. the rooms are large and clean and the rooftop swimming pool is a great place to relax before you tackle your busy day ahead. free wi-fi in the lobby and also in your room but you need a usb cable and the hotel only has limited supply. located in typical thai soi, you are among the locals and from there it is easy walking distance to pattaya second road or pattaya klang (central road). there is no on-site restaurant but many as soon as you walk out the door. highly recommended to the regular pattaya traveller who enjoys a larger room at a budget price

Excellent budget hotel ”
An excellent budget hotel in a calm area in Pattaya. Even though it’s very close to the beach or night life area, the hotel provides 24 hrs free shuttle to the main road and some other areas. The hotel is clean & near 24 hrs convenience stores, laundry, local restaurants, money exchange & a shopping mall. There different sizes & types of rooms, but even the smallest rooms are good. The staff are very friendly. I like this hotel & sure I’ll come back.

Inexpensive Family Friendly Accomodaton”
The Siam View Residence was a good place for our family to stay in Pattaya. It was clean, inexpensive, and not too far from shopping. It had a nice pool. Small gym, but no food on site. Close by restaurants and street side vendors. It was a few blocks from the beach, but not too far to catch a baht bus for transportation. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean with a little balcony overlooking the street. Overall, a good deal

This is my second stay in Siam View Hotel. Very good budget hotel with friendly & cheerful staff. Even though the hotel is little far from the the beach road, the hotel provides free (24 hrs) to and from the main areas in Pattaya (such as main road and Central Maria mall). There’s a small decent swimming pool on the rooftop, but what they call it a GYM isn’t really a GYM, but you can find a great GYM in Central Avenue Mall (on the main road). There are several 24 HRS cold stores ( 7-ELEVEN & Family Mart) and laundries near the hotel. Anyone wants a budget hotel in calm location, this is the right hotel.
