After being spoiled for a week, you won’t want to go home.. You're going to want everyday to be a Silavadee day. The customer service is superb no matter what type of room you chose. We stayed in both the villa and the jacuzzi deluxe rooms. Off corse the villas are better and pricier but well worth it.. seriously worth every penny. From the moment we arrived, the services has been exceptional. You will be greeted with a Thai friendly smile at the Moon restaurant door every morning for breakfast . The portion size is just enough. If your package includes a breakfast option, take it. Dinner at the star roof top was beautiful with a to die for sunset view. Be sure to make reservation for the sunken seating early. We had both the seafood extravaganza dinner and the bbq dinners, steak was cooked superbly. The oysters were clean yummy. I am very sensitive to food poisoning and I was fine with all the food at Silavadee. A bit pricier than what you will find at Lamai beach but worth it due to the view and ambience. The private beach is also very nice. We preferred it over the busy Chaweng beach (too crowded). Some days we were the only ones at the private beach. They offer free canoeing, paddle boarding and snorkeling. When you arrive at the beach. They will greet you with a glass of lemon water and bring you a beach towel and lay it in your chosen seat. The beach staff were awesome. They even moved my seat under the shade without me asking. They are quick to offer help, for example, pulling the canoe back onto the beach when we were done with it . This is hospitality at its finest. Now my girls are spoiled and will expect this type of vacation for now on. Lastly I also wanted to mention that from the gardener, maid, driver, every staff member worked hard to make our stay here memorable.

A Truly Exceptional Stay”
Silavadee Pool Spa Resort is undoubtedly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the stunning ambience—seamlessly blending luxury with nature, offering breathtaking views of the ocean and lush surroundings. The food was an absolute highlight! Every meal was a culinary experience, with a wide range of delicious, fresh dishes that catered to every taste. Whether it was breakfast by the pool or dinner under the stars, each meal was memorable. The service was exceptional as well. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, always friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any request. Perhaps, the staffs can inform the guests on the paid-free menu during breakfast as most of them including us thought the foods listed on the menu are supposed to be paid. Fortunately, we got to know its free, so we enjoyed them for the next 2 days. Overall, Silavadee offers an ideal blend of relaxation, luxury, and impeccable service. I can’t wait to return!

Great hideaway escape with best breakfast ”
This is the hotel if you want to get away and escape all hustle and bustle. We visited in low season and although there was a lot of guests you didn’t feel as though the hotel was busy. The food is exceptional, breakfast was the best we’ve had in any hotel. You will have to get a taxi or hire a ped to get anywhere due to location being on mountain, hotel has daily shuttles but at some odd times. We personally felt we didn’t have the best room due to location and half the pool being blocked off but it was still lovely! Service is exceptional and staff are lovely at all times. The beach did let us down a little, very rocky.
