    “taal view at 12th level”

    Honest review- the care taker is kind and grateful, unit is good amoy malinis. Bring ur own water jug for family tissue for toilet panghugas rn ng plates -microwave di nmin nagamit my gumagana pero hndi na nag heat ng food meron nman electric stove,rice cooker,water heater and ref. hot and cold is functional kya mkakaligo nman kau.. the view is superb kc taal view my extra matres size double bed is double in size also but then parang luma na kc sakit nasa katawan hndi ako nkatulog ng maayos ,kc sa side ako para akong bumubulusok pa gitna sa anak ko,sakit sa ktawan ng kama...not to good the rest ok na po,pwede na to sa di maselan...

    “This is a long post... ”

    Hindi ko first time magbook sa Wind Residences pero bumabalik parin ako dito kasi breathtaking talaga ang taal view which is makukuha mo talaga sa unit na to. Pero disappointed ako sa facilities ng unit, first ung aircon mas malamig pa ung hangin sa balcony, second ung microwave na kailangang kailangan namin talaga since new year celebration, third ung bidet hindi ko mapagamit sa mga anak kong girls kasi makakasira talaga ng kinabukasan please please please palitan nyo na po lahat yan. And ang lahat ng iniexpect ng mga guest toiletries po and towels po sana. Bakit lahat po yan wala? Sayang po yung ganda ng location ng unit if napapabayaan yung pag maintain. Anyways dinalhan naman kami ni ate ng towels nung nagmessage ako pero the rest binili ko na lang para may magamit kami ng mga kids.

    “Unexpectable”

    We did no expect that the unit is unclean. Smell like molds, the sheets looks unchanges. The extra bed has no sheet. We even pay for 1k for extra. Rust and molds everywhere. Looks like a storage boxes of aircon still there. Shower heater not working. The shower it self full of rust. The staff just leave us to the loby and let us go up to the unit alone no explanation at all. Even no assist for the parking.

    “Clean unit”

    Great view of taal lake and volcano. Everything is fine except for the internet connection. Not sure if its related to its being on the 19th floor. Our mobile data is acting up as well so of course it’s not the owner’s fault. All in all, our stay went well. Will book this unit again in the future.
