No water flow throughout the night”
The water did not flow throughout the day and night, so I requested an early check-out. The hotel said they would refund the remaining days, but there has been no contact since then. I have contacted both the hotel and Agoda, and they said they have contacted the hotel, but the hotel has not confirmed the refund. The hotel promised to contact me back, but it has been a month and there has been no contact. Every time I call, they say they will contact me back, but they never do. The last time I called, the call got disconnected before we finished talking. And until now, no staff has contacted me back (I have the name of the staff who took my complaint, but whenever I call, they speak harshly and rush the conversation, saying they will handle it quickly, but until now, there has been no contact at all). I am very disappointed.

Beautiful hotel, room 804 has a top view, clean and comfortable. There is a hot water kettle, but no free coffee or tea. There is a bathtub for soaking, which we and our child enjoyed very much. The hotel is located by the beach, and you can walk across to the beach to play. There are food vendors around. The breakfast at the hotel is not a buffet for regular days (set menu), but it is a buffet on weekends (asked the staff). There are many photo spots, and you can borrow hats and towels for the lobby and pool area. Overall, it deserves 5 stars.
Damage cost”
Stayed in a large room with sea view for 4 women. The room was clean and separated into sections, which was good. However, I would like to request that the hotel inform guests about the damage cost policy. We did not know that if the face towel was stained, there would be a damage cost of 100 baht. This was not informed in the room. If it was a monthly stain, it would be understandable, but this was a faint makeup stain that could only be seen if you looked closely. Also, we were not given any bills, so we did not know if we had to pay anything other than the room fee. If there is a cost for damage, it should be clearly stated. Please improve this part because we had to pay for the damage. Thank you.

Small room on the first night, unfortunately only twin beds available. If you want a single bed, you have to book the largest room. However, on the second night we stayed in a large room with a sea view. The room was really big and comfortable with a great view. Overall, it was good. Clean and new hotel.
Beautiful hotel, but they need to do better”
location is great, right next to the beach. a few bars nearby but nothing excessive, which it makes it a great place to stay. I really like the interior design, that makes this hotel very unique, although this design is found only in the hall. the rest of the floors and rooms have different and more "standard" look. I hope they expand the bohemian style across the whole building. To be honest,I did not like staff as I found them to be not organized. My room was not clean as it should with previous guests hair and sand all over the room. during the check-out day, the cleaning ladies opened my door twice (first time at 9am and second at 9:30am), which was very unpleasant and showed disorganization between the stuff.
