An amazing stay that was made unforgettable by the manager at check in. We had booked 2 grand deluxe rooms after noting that a balcony/terrace was one of the room facilities listed. This was a key reason for us to book this hotel over others we were considering. During check in we were advised that only 2 rooms of this type in the whole hotel actually have balconies and our rooms wouldn’t have them. We were quite disappointed and told them that the only reason we booked here was for the balcony rooms. The manager stepped in and graciously upgraded us to 2 jacuzzi suites. We thanked here and headed up. Once in the room my jaw dropped! The rooms were absolutely massive with a bedroom, sitting area, work desk, giant bathroom with waterfall shower and a walk through to a huge outdoor terrace with a jacuzzi tub in the corner and a stunning view of the Bangkok skyline. This was by far the best room I’ve stayed in during Bangkok trips. Overall the hotel is in the hottest street in sukhumvit right now, soi 11, full of beer bars, restaurants, bars, clubs, and hotels. The rest of the staff was amazing as well. Will 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back. I wish I remembered the managers name but a huge thank you to her for making this trip awesome! Khop khun mak kap

Party street in Bangkok and walking distance from BTS Nana station!”
Was able to get to the hotel from the BKK airport via airport rail link and BTS for only ~80 baht total. Really amazing! We managed to walk from BTS Nana train station to the hotel. Passed by comvenience stores, coffee shops, money changers, hotels, bars, restaurants, street food stalls, massage parlors, laundromats, etc. Solitaire Hotel has a cute driveway, a nice lobby, and cheerful front office staff. The room we got is pretty spacious with a comfortable bed, dresser / vanity, armchair with ottoman, cabinet for clothes, iron & ironing board, safe for your valuables, hair dryer, mini ref, free coffee, tea and water. The bathroom is decent as well. I’m satisfied with the breakfast buffet which is served at the mezzanine from 6:30AM to 10:00AM (11:00AM on weekends). They also have an indian food selection. The swimming pool and bar area beside it is serene and relaxing. They also have a gym and an Indian restaurant at the rooftop called Bawarchi but had no time to check it out. The wifi in the hotel is fast and reliable. They also have decent English-speaking front office personnel who were courteous and helpful. There are nearby 7-Eleven, Family Mart, Coffee Club, money changers, etc. If you need one. At night, the surrounding area of the hotel transforms into a busy and bustling party / nightlife place. Over all, a really great, value for money accomodation in an interesting area in Bangkok! Thank you!

This was our first time in Bangkok. Excellent hotel with an excellent location, just off the main street, so it’s nice and quiet, but only a few steps away from all the excitement. Walking distance to many shops, bars, restaurants and Terminal 21 mall. The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful. We would highly recommend the roof top bar/restaurant Bawarchi Rooftop excellent Indian food & service. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I stayed here for my mandatory ASQ arrival quarantine. From the moment I stepped out to find my arranged ride to the hotel, till the moment I checked out and had my luggage loaded to leave, I was well looked after. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I used the Line app to communicate requests for additional water and coffee supplies as well as to ask for an increase in meal size as I require more calories than most. Responses always were prompt and respectful. I had a deluxe room that was very spacious, clean, and well laid out. I had a dedicated work space with great wifi, a large bathroom and space around the bed to do exercises. Food was very tasty, though almost always arrived luke warm at best, but being prepackaged prepared meals for safety reasons, that didn't bother me. You always got a small side salad, main meal, and fruit. Dinner was accompanied with a dessert and breakfast some juice and choice of coffee or tea. The day you arrive is considered day zero with your first full day as day 1 of your quarantine. You report your temperature twice a day and have access to nurses any time if you have any health worries. They tell you when to expect to be called down for covid testing (which is done twice after check-in) or to have your room cleaned so there are no surprises. After first negative covid result you are allowed out by the pool in a "relaxation" area. You have to ask for a time slot and that will be your time for the rest of your stay. Whenever I went there were around 10 of us or less and had plenty of space to myself. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel is nice but you MUST make sure you are in the new building of the hotel. There is a swimming pool but surrounded from the hotel’s buildings and there is almost no sun to take a suntan. The lobby of the hotel is dated, the rugs are dirty and the whole area need to be more clean. But that's why is 3 star rating hotel.

I just arrived from Italy on my first time to Bangkok. Despite all the safety issues of Covid situation, the Staff of the Hotel make you feel at Home! Especially the Head of Staff Mr. Nath and Miss Eye and Ms. Pinky. This a SHA Plus+ Hotel, and I took my Covid test with them. They were so nice and wonderful that assisted me in an exceptional way all the time. The Staff really made me feel at home, with so much kindness and sweet smiles. This is what is great about Thailand, they have great hospitality. And this Hotel has just that, and also wonderful, clean, large rooms.

Solitaire is a great place to spend your vacation. It is situated right in the centre of the town, yet very peaceful. The view from the hotel at night is awesome. We loved their breakfast spread with many quality vegetarian options. Our room was very clean and common places are clean too. Overall, 5 stars to this place.

We stayed at the solitaire for 3 nights they had the best service. We were fortunate enough to have the club sky benefits (I would recommend everyone to pay the little extra for it). Hotel located in Soi 11 right next to the action. The hotel is clean, with great staff and best of all has several inner restaurants with a pub lobby where you can watch the World Cup matches, and several other fine dining in the same vicinity. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any solo travelers.

One of the best hotel in BKK”
Arrived late on 8/9, there were other guests in the queue but the operation manager - Pinyapat made the check in process almost hassle free despite we had 10 paxs. There was also a cake and gift for my daughter as it was her birthday that day. Good attention to details. - Rooms were clean without odour, water current is strong and good. - Breakfast is a must add on. - Free transport to nearest train station. My wife lost her phone in the taxi and I called Pinyapat to see if she’s able to help as the taxi we took was from the hotel. 15mins later, she messaged me with a photo of my wife’s phone. She worked extra time and made sure the phone was handed back to us personally. Last but not least, my uncle fell sick during the last day and we got a free room extension for him so that we can all carry on with our plan. Overall, my family enjoyed the stay and commented they will be back here on their next visit. Keep up the good service ❤️ Awesome experience G

I loved this hotel so much went back second stay . This is as quality as they come its high quality the breakfast is very good but try buy as package as its more expensive if buy at hotel . The rooms were quality and clean very nice thats probably little under rated its great hotel . fantastic lounge gorgeous hotel for little money , take train from airport , so on door step more food than you could desire , transport very easy to access two types train subway , its fantastic location . in house travel agent for trips , taxis galore and putput for trips if you dont mind them , and now take the water taxi short walk away it is Great and cost is probably $0.50 each or less its megga cheap . another place try is a shoping presinct top floor think its dury free shopping mall you get a pass pay small amount money and go to any of 30 eateries give them your pass they deduct and you ether go again top up or refund balance short walk away . loads places to eat , the train system shuttle 5*

Always stayed at sukhumvit but had never stayed here. Very clean and spacious room for my test and go quarantine. covid testing was on sight which made it easy. too bad it's only available for test and go staying at their hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Knowing i will be stuck in quarantine for one night and eventhough my reservation included meals, when i checked in i asked front desk to order me a burger from Artisan Craft Burger which is around the corner. kudos
