Welcoming, clean, prime location! ”

We stayed here one night and could have stayed longer. This is literally right in the perfect location to explore the historical park! Just rent a bike (30baht) from the guest house and go exploring! The hostess was friendly and very considerate. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The in-room wifi worked well (I didn’t do a speed test). Breakfast was eggs, toast, coffee, water, and Mango Sticky rice.

Space Ben: Another fantastic stay”

Space Ben is a gem. We throughly enjoyed our latest brief stay here and the wonderful hospitality that this family-run small guest house offers. After a mid afternoon arrival we took off on their bikes (100 baht) to tour the historic park just a few meters away. In the evening after freshening up, it was a 4 minute walk to Historical Garden Restaurant for a good meal. The room and it’s facilities are just fine and the toilet was clean and well appointed with a great shower. The bed was super comfortable and I had a great night’s sleep. There is nothing better at Space Ben than to wake up early , grab a complementary coffee and watch the world go by outside your room . On that Wednesday morning all the school kids going by were in their scouting uniforms and were the definition of cuteness. 2 of the family’s daughters came by my table to say good morning with a respectful wai (🙏), totally unexpected and so very charming . Then the lovely owner/proprietor came by with a plate full of freshly made Thai doughnuts. Experiences like these are truly sublime and memorable, a true enhancement to our travel experience.

Brilliant Hostess”

We had the most loveliest time ever here. The hostess is the nicest woman ever; with noodles and bread and food for us it was so lovely. The room had AC and very clean. I would recommend using a bicycle and going to the historical park, and the Wat Si Chum temple. Great time to just relax and chill out. Thank you Space Ben. ❤️❤️🙏🏼

So glad we chose Space Ben Guest House for our stay in Sukhothai. Modest but more than adequate accommodation. Perfect location, very clean and comfortable, great value for money and friendly helpful hosts. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Really helpful landlady always ready for a chat and keen to help. Basic breakfast but comfortable rooms and nice area to sit out (or in) after a day’s sightseeing. Very good value for money.

We really loved Space Ben. We thought it was a bit expensive at first, but with a location right next to Sukhothai park, free breakfast, snacks and tea and such a nice family running the place, it all seems worth it in the end. The room was very comfortable with great A/C and a little table out front to eat your breakfast and watch the morning unfold over the Historical Park. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place to stay in Sokhuthai”

it is a wonderful stay. It is the best guest house among 6 during my trip to Thailand. It is even better than 3 star hotels i stay during previous trip but the rate here is just 20-30% of 3 star. Located behind museum, and about 10 minutes walk to the Sokhuthai park. Rate for bike rental just 30 baht per day. Rooms new, clean, full-equiped like 3 star. You will have free milk, tea, coffee... Staff very careful, give you all info on check in papper and map even before you ask. If I can choose 10000 times again, i till choose Space Ben. Love it so much. Near it has some restaurant and a blend fruit + ice cream shop, all just 20 baht.

Good location, friendly staff ”

Located just round the corner of the historical park itself. You can use the bikes (available in the guest house) before paying for it. As others have mentioned, the room we stayed is a bit small, but with apparently new facilities, strong AC, you shouldn't complain.

Fantastic tiny personal guesthouse”

Superb location in the middle of the old town. The GH is run by a family and it feels very personal when staying there. The daughter of the family who manages the bookings and welcomes the guests is very friendly and happily supports you with any questions you have. The room was not very spacious, which was clearly stated in the offer, but other than that fully equipped (fridge, towels, linens and toiletries - the later changed/refilled daily). The bathroom was very clean- again daily service. Overall the price has a two star level, but the location, the service and the rooms over-deliver on this promise. Would book again any time!

Awesome place to stay. Very short walk to historical park, and be bikes they rent were perfect for getting around. The owner was awesome giving us a map and info about where we should go. Very friendly owner! You won't regret staying here!

Nice place, very clean, good beds, mini bar with bottles of water, shuttle service to the airport, bike for rent 30 bahts/day, cereals, coffee, bananas, fresh water available all day long, shampoo and good towels. Nice staff very helpful

I stayed two nights here at the end of a long Thai trip (5 months) on the way to Mae Sot. The owners are lovely, friendly and bend over backwards to help - whether bicycles, fan in their front sitting area or what/when you want breakfast. Some of the nicest hosts I've met on the whole trip and I've stayed in hotels and homestays in probably 20+ provinces this trip. Right behind the museum, easy walk or bike to the historical park and quiet side street. Would stay again. Recommend.
