Easy to find, in a good area with plenty of restaurants. The hotel was clean and the girl at the desk was lovely and spoke English with me.

Reasonable Value”
Good place to crash if you're travelling. Clean modern room. No elevator. Many dogs on street outside. Footballers on pitches at rhe back until 10pm. No food, but 5 mins from NYC steakhouse so it's all good.

They will not see und again”
They even didn't know that we booked via Agoda when we arrived. and didn't know how long we stay. They were completely unorganized. The first room was dirty, so we changed the room. After our request they finally cleaned this room again before we moved in. There was no plug close to a mirror, so we had to blowdry the hair with the small mirror which we brought by ourselves. The air-condition was quite loud just like the refrigerator. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. We really cannot recommend the hotel.

Nice quiet hotel ”
The hotel is somewhat deep inside a SOI (small street). It is quiet and clean with big room. Not convenience if you don't have your own transportation. It has balcony so you can dry your cloth.

Immaculate”
I've stayed 4.5 star places which weren't as nice and good value as this. Super clean, good sized new rooms, with lots of care and thought. Lovely owner and staff, will stay here again, one of my best stays in Thailand so far.

Basic hotel, cant be wrong with it”
It is a basic hotel with comfortable rooms and bed, good and clean bathroom. Just a few minutes of walk to the center. Nearly no atmosphere and dark and empty road during night.

Good value - a room to sleep”
I think there must have been 2 staff when we checked in...and 2 when we checked out...no idea who cleans the place? Is it 3*? Not really - much more 2*. The rooms are average sized and clean. The air con is ok and the WiFi decent. The floors were very slippery after showers so be careful if you have little ones running about. There was parking but coming out or in via the market make sure you're not in the 05:00-11:00 one way system...you can cause a whole log jam...of which I did... The locals are very friendly - not like some other parts of Thailand. They really seemed to go out of their way to help - a nice surprise.

Exceptional”
You would got more than you paid. Nice and cheap, worth your money. It’s close to the fresh market, so we could walk within 5-10mins. Many local street foods on that street. Clean and tidy, and their staffs were friendly. Recommended for people who want the valued place or just want to take a rest 1-2nights during a long trip.

Misnamed and disappointing”
On check in the reception staff member spoke in grunts. I could understand this if I had been alone, but my wife is Thai so communication was not the issue per se. When we arrived to our room there was no power as it had been turned off at the mains so after driving all day it was back down three floors to reception to get it sorted. The room, whilst a good size was dirty. There was an empty beer bottle and large quantities of bird droppings on the balcony, the wall beside the bed was dirty and stained with drink or something which I'm sure would have cleaned up with a little effort, and there were spiderwebs covering one side of the water heater. That said the bed was comfortable. There was a little bit of noise early but sleep quality was good. All in all it was disappointing and the title of boutique unwarranted! On my next stay I'll be looking elsewhere.

Solo travel”
It is very quite far from the central and city if you don't have your own car. The hotel is very clean and wifi is very strong, but the location and surrounding environment is quite terrible and awful. it is dangerous and staff is so so not recommend anything and can't help too much for asking question.
