Spacious standard room close to the beach”
The small guesthouse is in Soi 4 off the beach road in Jomtien. Only 300m to the beach. It is close to the nightlife. At the moment (nov 2022) the restaurant downstairs is closed. The entrance is separate from the restaurant and accessible with a keycard lock. There is no 24/7 reception. Cleaning is ok.

Just on the beach. Nice room, very clean, nice facilities . But no staff was available in our full staying. I would so very poor side.

booked an Oyo hotel in Jomtein Beach, Thailand and the room is horrible. I booked with Oyo for I thought it was a safe bet to get a decent room after two long days of travelling. The room is so musty and moody that I now have a massive headache and doubt I will get any sleep. Check in was bad. No one at reception. No real sign to even say that I was at the right hotel. Luckily someone else reviewed that check in was at this restaurant that wasn’t even opened. Buono Restaurant. The room is so musty and bad. No toilet paper. Handle fell off shower. Wifi does not work well in this room. Tried to contact customer support - no answer.

Aircondition blowing all time since not possible to close door to balcony from outside. Fan on all the time blowing in the room when turning on the light. Gully stuffed in the bathroom for several days...Paid 1000 bath depositum but got nothing back.Manager not willing to fix this problem with unfaithful staff. Next door restaurant very tired of guests from Sunshine guesthouse came to them to get help with their problems. But cleaner very helpful and nice. Stay away from this guesthouse....

No receptionist ”
There was no person on reception not even at the day time. We had to call them several times asking them to come to the reception. Our key got lost and we had to wait for 2-3 hours at the reception before a lady showed up after calling her for thousands of times.

No personal after 18 Hrs..check In not possible”
Booked the room at 19:20 Hrs, but nobody there and hard to contact anyone. After finally contacted some who said after 28 Hrs check In not possible. Nothing written in hotel description about this. Lucky that I drove there directky after booking, otherwise I wouldn't have had an alternative that night

Worst hotel ”
Check-in experience was not pleasant. I arrived 9pm and I had to call a phone number because the front door is closed. Told me to wait 20 min and at the end I waited 1h30min for someone to come let me in. She didn't even apologize. The rooms smell a lot of humidity. The fridge is super dirty inside. Mosquitoes everywhere and ants in the bed. There's is no duvet/sheets only a blanket. For the check-out there was no one at the front door, I even called the lady and she didn't pick up. Worst place I stayed in Thailand. Thank god I just booked for one night.

I booked via agoda, and when come to hotel a sign on door said fully booked and door was closed, and when calling there number I got a voicemail, so I could never ever recommend anyone book this place, better buy a towel around the corner and sleep on the beach even it’s raining it’s still better that this place!!!!

Probably one of the worst places I have stayed in my year of travelling Thailand, aircon didn’t work, lights in room barely worked (90% dark), room stank of mould it was almost unbearable, avoid at all costs at least until covid is over and they maintain it

Absolutely fantastic I will definitely stay again good value big room and bed can see the sea from balcony. Location is perfect bang in the centre of Jomtien beach and bars. Staff were amazingly warm. A not to far walk to Jomtien Night Market and a Tuk Tuk to walking street central Festival and terminal 21.

I spent a month at this guest house. When I find am inexpensive place like this I'm never sure what to expect. Sunshine guest house has very nice rooms. Great location near the beach and very nice staff. Good value.

Decent place for a few nights. Many shops and restaurants around. No staff available so you have to call for check in or any question you might have.
