visiting Pattaya for the first time was not without trepidation,many friends told us awful things about Pattaya,such as noisy rooms,but we found at the Sunshine Vista the receptionist gave us a choice of rooms but suggested we would be happiest on the side away from all the bars so we could sleep well as we were not there to party,we appreciated this thoughtfulness as most hotels just fill rooms and who cares.We just loved the genuine smiles from all the staff,even the security guy out front, exceptional courtesy,and this is our 5th trip to Thailand but first to Pattaya,we will be back!

Great Location on Soi 3 near the big C”
I have stayed at the Sunshine Vista Hotel in Pattaya on Soi 3 many times and i continue to enjoy my time there. The greatest thing is that the location is close to so much action yet has a quiet respectful atmosphere. There are great many beer bars on soi 3 to play pool and dance with the ladies. Great music bars on second road near hotel. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and the staff are nice and respectful

quiet and great location”
i have stayed at the sunshine vista on soi 3 in pattaya many times. i love the quiet location, so when you finish on walking street you can sleep in peace and quiet. there are still many beer bars on the soi that you can go for a late drink for. it is also nice to be close to big c marketplace across second road. many good places to eat including nice german restaurant on beach road. staff is very friendly here and the breakfast buffet is superb.

A true relaxing vaction, staff was very helpful and not pushy, everyone truly seem to care. Location was great and in perfect walking distance to beach,shopping and dining. not too noisy like other places I've visited in the city. Given the opportunity I would have no problem returning to Sunshine Vista Hotel for a stay. Truely enjoy myself and the good people of Pattaya.

perfect spot close to big c”
i always stay at the sunshine vista hotel when i am in pattaya. it is on soi 3 and is both quiet enough for sleep yet close enough to the action for convenience. i use the gym there as well. it is a bit sparse but at least there is something. the food for breakfast is outstanding with a mix of western and thai food. proximity to the big c shopping center is also convenient.

I have stayed at the SUnshine vista on soi 3 many times. This hotel is very different than the soi 8 sunshine hotel. It is less crowded and has a quieter more sophisticated atmosphere. The morning breakfast buffet is tranquil and heavenly. Nice and spacious with plants and windows around. This hotel is convenient to the nightlife with great beer bars on soi 3. Great massage places right across soi 3 from the hotel. It is also close to the Big C shopping center. This is not to mention how close this is to the beach on first road. I will continue to stay here.

I stayed in Sunshine vista for five weeks and found the staff really helpful. Sumptuous breakfast if you can get up in time. Quiet location close to beach and only ten mins from Walking Street. Sunshine vista hotel was excellent, will definitely stay there again, As for agoda, we booked a hotel in Phuket, our flight landed at 11pm so I put on the booking we would be arriving between 1 and 2 am the hotel was the baan chay lay hotel karron beach, we duly arrived to be told that check in was 2pm and we should come back then as they did not have a room! we had no help finding another room and you try speaking to agoda! impossible!

i have stayed at the sunshine vista on soi 3 many times and i will stay there in the future. the staff is accomodating and helpful. there is a great restaurant with room service and a great breakfast buffet. the thai choices for the buffet are superb. the hotel is also close to the beach and first road. easy access to many many beer bars to drink and play pool. this is a great area.

As you may have read I have stayed in th Sunshine Vista a few times. I like it because of the staff and its location. I could not believe how good night life there is on Soi 3 and 2 on the corner with 2nd st. Much better than the bars closer to walking st. if you want to go to walking st it only takes 5 mins on a taxi and costs 10 baht (about 20p). But at least you know when you get back to the Sunshine Vista you are far enough away from the noise thaat you can sleep. If you can surface before ten an amazing breakfast awaits you. I highly recommend this hotel

i have stayed at the sunshine vista many times and it continues to impress and satisfy. the staff is helpful and polite. the rooms are large, clean, with good views, good water pressure, and large televisions. the location is the best with easy access to bars, restaurants, the big c shopping center as well as the beach. easy access to first and second road taxis gets you to walking street easily. also there is an exercise center on top floor to stay in shape.

We enjoyed staying in the Sunshine Vista Hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good with a variety of choices that we enjoyed too. members of the staff at the restaurant were helpful and polite. I would stay there again. The location of the hotel is not bad. Walking distance to the beach. There is a shopping center very close to the hotel and the number of places to eat.

Big rooms in a quiet location”
Im pleased that I chose to stay at Sunshine Vista hotel. The rooms are large and airy, have a verandah and are largely sheltered from the noise of nearby sois. Room servicing was quiet and efficient and the breakfast was excellent. Other a la carte meals were also good and cheap. Excellent value for money. Will stay there again.

I have stayed in Sunshine Vista a acouple of times. I originally was only gonna stay for a fortnight but ended up staying for nearly six weeks. I just didn't want to leave. I was only home for 3 weekas before I returned to stay for another fortnight. Breakfast is a feast if you can be up before 10. A full internationaal running buffet. The staff were incredibly nice way beyond the call of duty. It is close enough to all you could want and far away enough from the noise so ypu can sleep when you want to. Highly recomended hotel. I loved it there. I will be back!!!!

Comfortable and enjoyable!”
Although it was a little difficult to locate the hotel at it's spot, we managed to find it with the help of the locals and the sinages! It definitely helped alot! Next, when we arrived at the hotel, a staff quickly approached us to help us with our luggage, which was really pleasant and nice of him as my luggage was pretty heavy and there was a small flight of stairs too. (That staffs brought our luggages to our room later on.) Next, when we were checking in, the staffs were friendly and assist us in our enquiries. They also offered us a cup of drink each. (Perfect because the weather was pretty hot and we were sweating profusely.) When we were at our room, the staff taught us how to open the door (the opening was a little hassle at first), the lights in the room, what facilities are there and the breakfast information. The room was awesome, we love it! The bed is comfy, the washroom and washing area is nice! There is also a balcony where we can hang our clothes out to dry. (But our room's balcony was facing the hotel next to us.) But the thing is, the amount of power outlets is very little and nowhere convenient. (Ours was at the back of the TV and fridge, none near the bed.) Breakfast is okay, pretty fine too. Their omelette, cereal, sausages and fruits are nice! Pratically everything is nice! The staffs smile or greet us whenever we see them. During check out, they were pretty nice to tell us where to buy postage stamps and offered to help us post the postcards we had!Oh and we even took a photo together! Overall, this hotel is a very nice place and of course, we will go back again! Ps: In case I mislead anyone, the hotel is just 5 mins walk from the entry of the road which is facing the beach.

Quiet but close to action”
I have stayed at the Sunshine vista many many times. I like the fact that although it is so close to bars, restaurants, etc. it is nice and quiet. You can also get an oceanview from the topfloors of the hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a variety of foods everyday including Japanese food. The staff is friendly and polite.

Overall, i love the sunshine vista...it is clean, spacious, great location, and nice service. Food is excellent for breakfast. the only drawback is that each time you bring a guest to the hotel, you must pay 100bt. Even if you bring the same guest twice in one day, you must pay again. i wish they would reconsider this policy. Otherwise, i am a big fan of this hotel

my friends and i enjoyed staying at the hotel. we were upgraded from superior to studios room which was more spacious. the breakfast was ok with standard international buffet and some local delights. i strongly recommend this hotel for this reason: great location. it is located right at the center of pattaya, very near to the beach, shopping center, massage places and entertainment areas. i will definitely stay at this hotel again for my next trip.

Great value - even nicer staff”
the sunshine vista has been a favored spot of mine for several years now. the rooms have begun to show signs of wear and the attention to detail has begun to slip a bit, but i'm still happy with the place. the breakfast buffet is well stocked and prepared, the room service is prompt and efficient, and the staff is always a pleasure to visit with. the only drawback is the line of clubs on the beach side of the hotel that add a bit more thump to the night than i'd prefer. ask for a room without an ocean view. there's really only a sliver of water visible anyway. i'll certainly stay there again.
