I have been staying at the Sutus Court(Sutus 1, 2, 3 and 4) over the years and have always enjoyed my stay along with my friends who also stay here regularly. We have tried other places but always gravitate back here due to the overall ambience, affordability and location. Staff are great in the reception area as are the cleaners who do a fantastic job daily The customers we have met over the years socially in the bar/ restaurant area have all been great company with most sharing our view that the Sutus is a great place to stay. We have just left on Jan 4th returning to Sutus Court from the UK for a month during April/ May 2023.

Bed is comfortable, it has a car park for my car , close to good restaurants, staff helpful. I visit Pattaya every three months and have been staying here for over two years now. No problems with my wheelchair

The location could not be better. Restaurant onsite is very good, and Cheap Charlie's is right next door. Rooms are clean and spacious. The room maids do a great job, the whole staff is very good and helpful. Laundry onsite, not expensive and is reliable. The pool is very good and always clean. I really like this place.

Great value for money and friendly staff. Only things that was lacking, was hot water from basin tap and maybe a microwave in the room. Other than that, nothing was wrong. Would absolutely stay here again. Thanks Sutus court!!!

Heavy demand for rooms ”
I've stayed at Sutus Court 1 several times. This time I stayed for a month. After I complained about my noisy neighbour, I was promptly moved to another, better room. This room faced Soi Buakhau and is quieter than the rooms facing inwards. It was so comfortable, I considered booking for another month. While I was there I noticed at reception, several people being told there were no rooms left. I can believe it.
