Lovely guesthouse good service always want to help”
We booked the T&T Ocean View Guestouse on price and location. The price we paid for room was very good we had a family room so a big room in fact it is 2 rooms and shower room air con good but set at 25 maybe needs to be cooler some times but Ok 99% of the time the only thing I think is missing from the rooms is a safe but we did not feel the need for one. We booked 7 night and came back and booked for one month and think we will be back again very soon. Location very near beach and transport 10Bt one way to walking street/2nd Rd and all the night life you need and 10Bt the other way to a very good Thai fish restaurant I think it is called (boo pen)

lovely and welcoming - great personalised service ”
to get there : its on Jomtien beach road - about 150 Bhat via songthaew from North Pattaya bus terminal - keep an eye out for the 'Now Hotel' and its down the same soi on the right hand side. Any problems, give Tew a call and she can direct your driver or contact them in advance - they are very helpful! one room per floor, i had the 4th (top) floor (to myself!). nice and large, clean with lots of space, 2 beds, closet, A/C, fridge, TV, toilet and shower. wifi worked well enough there are also kitchen and laundry facilities in house. simple (bread & jam, tea/coffee) breakfast included. you can also order food (and try to learn - but Tew is fast!) just a short stroll down the street, straight to the more quiet (than Pattaya beach) Jomtien beach a few niggles : finding the hotel (but once you do, its worth it!), the water pressure for the shower (on the 4th floor) was a bit hit and miss, and the A/C drips water on the floor right at the room entrance (so be careful). oh, and the mosquitos seem to love me...but these were no deal breakers, as i ended up extending my stay for an extra day! Tim and Tew are a lovely, friendly and very accommodating couple. they have suggestions and recommendations of things to do, how to get around etc (and not just in pattaya!). if they dont know, they'll definitely try to help. better yet, if they are able and have the time, they'll even come with you! lovely service - its like an extended family take the time to sit and chat and have a look at Tew's many (many!) pictures. just be a bit careful, Tew has a camera and isnt afraid to use it! haha :)

Lovely place with wonderful owners”
We stayed 3 nights here and absolutely loved it; we were so sad to leave. It's less than a minute to Jomtien Beach and 7-Eleven but it's still on a quiet street. It was a little tricky to find, just tell the taxi to drop you off at The Now Hotel and walk down that street, it'll be on your right hand side with a blue sign. The owners were so sweet, they made us feel like family from the minute we walked in, and they even upgraded our room to the top floor which was ENORMOUS. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice and value for money with helpful owner”
We enjoy our stay in this guesthouse. It's located in Jomtien beach run by German wife his Thai wife. First, we have difficulty to find this hotel, our coach has to go around several times to find this place. Please look for Now hotel and go straight, this hotel on the right side of the road, and there are massage place nearby. Both owners are very kind and friendly, they inform us how to go places, and nice places to visit include massage place nearby. We really enjoy our stay in their guesthouse and recommend this place.

big room, very big , low price , the lowest price in pattaya when I booked. but is much better than many other hotel. clean room and bed, air-conditon. 1 minute to beach, 10 minute ride to walking street, or 1hour walking to walking street. big window, so the air in then room is fresh. plenty of mosquito， suggest buy a bottle Mosquito repellent from 7/11 in the corner of street.quiet in the night and help to good sleep the boss and his wife are kind and warm. I booked 2 days and stayed 3day more.

the guesthouse has a good location on a peacefull sidestreet. 100m to beach and good connections to pattaya city. large rooms. cozy hotel. very pleasant and helpfull owners, tew and tim. tew makes very good thaifood (and quickly). the waterpressure was quite low on the fourth floor.

nice, warm guesthouse”
the location is one minute to the beach road, and it's easy to take a Tuk Tuk to the center. The room is new, and the equipments are all new, and it's very clean, and every day cleaned. I like the bacony very much, there are beautiful plants and the view is very good. It's so convienient to stay there swimming every day and have a very good time.I was very well taken cared there, and it's like "my home in Pattaya".

Nice guesthouse with a great staff”
When I booked this hotel I was in a hurry, I didnt have hight expectations but I was realy supprised. Big room with a big balcony, and ofcourse a "big" minibar with good prices. The cuple owners was realy helpfull, nice and social kind of people with a great sence of humor. It was pretty hard to find this place becourse it is new I was told. To help others to find this nice guesthouse, you can find it between soi 11-12, at the Now Hotel and sea point, look at the right side in this alley and you will find it.

Fast in-room internet. Huge room. Location is behind 'The Now Hotel', Jomtien Beach. Only 100 meters from the water. Plenty of restaurants around. Only a short 10 Baht tuk tuk ride to the center of Pattaya.

cosy private little place, just of jomtien beach”
it's a perfect place for travelers looking for a cheap but still nice room. only 2 rooms on agoda, but i got upgraded to a small apartment, the first night, and it was really nice. the breakfest is just make it yourself toast and coffee, so not really worth mentioning. it can be difficult to find, but just telle the taxi driver to take you to the now hotel on jomtien beach, and walk up the side street, about 100m up on your right, you will see alot of plants and some light chains, that's the place.

Clean and Smart Hotel. Lovely warm welcoming staff”
this hotel was hard to find at first the 10 baht taxi driver didn't have a clue and because on the directions it didn't have the soi number ( street number) written down it took us a while to find. we eventually found it between soi 11 & 12. if you see the 'now hotel' and are facing it head on walk down the alley on the right and you'll find it. we arrived later than scheduled but this wasn't a problem for the owners and we were welcomed with lots of smiles and laughter. we were shown straight to our ( huge) room as we book a family room for two of us as shown on agoda. this really is a big room! lovely little added conserveroty bit with sofa and arm chairs and a big fridge. we had breakfast included. this was only toast and jam with a tea or coffee each. we were asked if we wanted a different drink and were offered milo instead it was pretty perfect, breakfast with a hot chocolate! overall stay was a 8.5/10 this hotel is newly run so owners are very keen to help and make sure everything is right. but at the same time still give you your personal space :) on a return trip, id defiantly consider staying here again away from the hustle and bustle of 'walking street'. luke & luke 22 england.

such a cheap guestgouse. the owner nice. i get a big & clean room. big bed and get a free extrabed. near from the beach & easy transportation to pattaya city. but you need a taxi to get there, coz the label so small, a little hard to find it.. and a good wifi

It was very pleasant. Room was very huge,owner was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very near to the beach but very quite area. Is recommended for families and honey moon couples. Will stay again!

It was fine the cleaner lady could clean the bathroom floor as well when she comes to clean but the room was clean it was quiet I slept good big room walk to beach . Its basic good accommodation which is exactly what I needed .The bed was not to hard not to soft just right . Nice size would have stayed for a month if I would have gotten a good rate on it but he was booked . It's dated but that does not matter to me so long as it's clean quiet and safe and it was. i'd go back again if coming down fo a few days . Lots of places to eat around 7-11 top of street . It's exactly what i wanted clean cheap and quiet .

Very helpful staff made food on command. Did everythng to make your stay positive. Just 100 meters to the beach and shops. Located in a soi without noice, so you could sleep well during the night.

Near the beach”
the room was spacious but was in a separate building to where you check in. road was a bit too quiet for my liking and there was no security, merely a door that has to be locked after it is opened. there is free wifi with the room which was great and also a kitchenette with the room. the building is still not finished. when i went out into the balcony the place next door had workers working on it. the balcony is huge though but there is no view apart from another building. the tv is thai only. all in all it is a nice budget room.

Hard to find”
I take about 1 hour to found this guesehoue because its sign very small.The room is big and the bed is comfort.Bathroom is small and old but clean enough.Don't have evalator so if you have senior or baby ,should be requse low floor.No sea view but near the beach.Have simple breakfast (bread,jam,magarine,hot drink).Owner is nice.
