Ms Irene is an Absolute Gem of a Manager and the Owners are Absolutely Lucky to have her on their Team Conducting her Duties just like an Orchestra. Good Staff and Well-Run Hotel.Recognition and Thumbs-Up for the Front-Desk Staff of Khun Nan,Takky and Ohm-and the 2 Capable Ladies on the Cleaning Staff. In my Books,I would give them Top-marks in every Category as I enjoyed the Relative Peace and Quiet of this Area-although Some People might prefer the Pattaya Beach Area for the Hi-Jinks. This Hotel is now Temporarily Closed due to the Situation in Thailand and World-wide but I would Certainly Hope that They would Open Soon.

The location is excellent with the night market and beach only a few hundred meters away. The hotel is not old and this can be seen with the cleanliness of the property. Bed and pillows are of excellent quality. Hot water on demand. Overall great value for money.

Superior Room is room on basement floor (not 1st floor) with no window!! Deluxe room is on 2nd 3rd floor. Hotel in on main big street. Good environment. New clean room, beautiful, comfort bed & pillow. Can hear some noise from room next door and above you. But not very loud. Ear plug can help. Good for people who have car. Parking is in front of hotel outdoor around 5 - 15 car which is OK for me. Manager is nice and polite, she upgraded room for me. No elevator but not very high stair. Have balcony. Recommended

Enjoyable stay in this small hotel”
Room was super clean with nice decoration. Bed was comfy. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was not big but good enough with the price I paid. And Netflix for free viewing! Although it's located on the main street, there's nothing much around. It is about 400m away to the beach and night market, and 700m to convenient stores. But hotel provides bicycles for free rental if you don't want to walk. Great exercise to ride up the slope getting back to hotel.

To put the bad things exceptionally in advance: there was no elevator. but as the hotel has just 3 floors it's bearable to walk upstairs unless you are "handicapped" or a grandma with adiposa. The rooms were clean, had a good and silent air conditioning, the infrastructure was keept in order, the personal friendly and the price was good. 300m to the beach and a night food market in front. - a little bit offside the jomtien road but the advantage is you can find sleep on party days like sonkram. ;D

Had a pleasant stay at this local hostel. The staffs were nice and welcoming. The place is very tidy and clean. It has a bright and colorful interior design. The room was also well designed, just the right size, has a very comfy bed, a closet, a dresser and a small balcony to enjoy the city view. The bathroom is also neat and clean, quiet large for a local hostel. It has a separate section for the toilet and shower. Highly recommended this hostel.

Lovely place, everything in the room was very clean and looked new. The bed was very comfortable. Good A/C and a hot shower. I was only there 1 night so didn't use anything other than what was in the room. There is Jomtien night market, just a few minutes walk, where good food and drink is available. Definitely recommend this place.

We were staying with a friend of ours. She had a separate room. We checked out and went to the beach. I forgot some unopened juice in the refrigerator and my shirt. When we came back I ask about the juice. (I was not aware that I forgot the shirt) The juice was not found but they returned my shirt to me. The stay for ok. We booked for ourself a more expensive room and more affordable room for our friend, however the rooms were identical. The hotel is located very close to the markets and not far from the beach and sea. All in all: it was a good stay.

Room & washroom were spic-n-span up to my expectations. Great thing they don't permit smoking inside the property, since the rooms are on the smaller side it will be a nightmare for non-smokers. Each room has a tiny attached balcony where one can smoke. Room allotted to me on the 3rd floor overlooked adjoining apartment building without any view, was very quiet though. Since I was on work Jomtien made for a great stay away from hustle bustle of Pattaya. There's a night market and the beach 5 minute walk from the property. Walk up to the beach and hop on a baht bus if you'd like to head up from Jomtien via South to North Pattaya. Up on check-in I was requested for a Baht 1000 as 'security deposit' I didn't mind this at all although figure it should be mentioned while sifting through properties to book online, perhaps I missed it? Also no intercom in the rooms, so if you're on higher floors best to keep the reception number rather than run up and down the flight of stairs. Cheers!

The rooms are small, but clean. The beds are very comfortable for Thai beds, almost western. The breakfast was fruits and yogurt, cereal and a couple of hot items. They also would make eggs. All in all, a great value.
