Cheap rates but super noisy”
We booked last minute to this hotel for a night stay from our travel from Caramoan. We decided to stay within Tabaco area to rest from a long hours travel. However, our room is at 4th floor and we didn't expect that the lobby is crowded of noisy people from the moment we had our room (around 5 PM) till midnight. People are We check-in in Tabaco in order to rest but eventually we had a restless night.

It is a provincial hotel, not much to get excited about. Location is good at center of Tabaco, and facilities is not one to look forward to. Breakfast is served rice and hotdog forever everyday. :( Overall, I find it acceptable given it was in province.

The prices for one night fit my very tight budget, but the hotel is obviously old. no wifi in the room, only in the common areas. room is big but the furniture / fixings were all old (yet still working) would've gotten a higher rating from me if not for all the mosquitoes in the room and bathroom

Old hotel. Staff are accommodating and kind. Elevator is not operational 24 hrs. You have to take stairs at 11pm. Faulty phone - static. Worn sockets. Faulty window at room 401. Shower turning other way. Hard to manage. Cr is not 100% clean. Saw baby croackroaches. Old TV but with cable. Sofa in 401 is old and some parts are worn off. Room has table and 2 chairs. Room has cabinet and mirror.

The location is good and the staff are very friendly. But the room needs to be renovated. It is dark, dusty and dirty. There are spiders web, cockroaches, mosquitoes and lots of ants. The bedding and towels need to be replaced because they're quite old. Inside the restroom there's no bidets and no towel hook. The elevator sometimes is malfunctioning.

When we arrived in Legazpi first thing that I did is to confirm the reservation I made with Agoda. To my surprise when i spoke to the receptionist they do not have any room reserved for us. The request we made online on Agoda site was not granted because they did not receive our request. Good thing the view of Mayon volcano compensate all the trouble

Chose this for proximity to the port. Travelers inn, no frills, clean enough. It has a resto but I didn't try it. The staff will pack your breakfast to go.

We booked 1 family room and we have been transferred to 3 standard rooms and the other room doesn't have an aircon and tv, so in the end I move to my mates room coz the hotel room don't have any available room. Next time please check your post and have it updated once it is occupied.

the reservation was supposed to be a surprise for my sister celebrating her birthday. Ive been messaging them before the scheduled arrival of my sister yet nobody's answering me. Id been calling them through their contact number but nobodys answering me as well.it just keeps on ringing. During this time i am in manila.i made a request and I want to confirm if its doable since its my sister's birthday. Ending, I cancelled my reservation instead. I was so disappointed with how the front desk staff (the male one- J R was his nickname) handles may concerns and complaints. note: I was able to talk to them only when I ask my brother in law to go there (personally)and hand them his personal phone so I could talk to them. That's how disappointing my experience was.

Never to recommend this place to anybody. Very old and Smells bad, roaches running on the floor. I have the feelings that there's bed bugs. Beds sheets is so dirty. I check out the very same night, can't stand the smells and specially seeing big roaches running on the floor as wells as at the top of beds. We get itchy all over out body. I don't think they deserve a star at all.

The room was clean and the staff are kind but I expected something on the rooftop garden and it was not clean as I expected . I chose this hotel because I saw that it has a garden to relax but when I went to rooftop it was not organized. But overall I'm happy with my stay because it is accessible to all the places I wanted.
