"I had an amazing experience with Quest Hotel. Although, I did have some trouble booking because my flight to Manila arrived at midnight and I wouldn’t arrive in Tagaytay until 2ish - 3ish AM. If you do arrive at an ungodly time - book a day in advance and just email the front desk ahead of time of when you will be expecting to be there. The location of the hotel is kind of like a hidden gem and as it was newly built not a lot of local people knew about it. My family who picked me up got lost and we were honestly driving around in circles trying to look for it. I pulled out my phone and it showed that it was behind the Fora Rotunda. The location on Google now says it’s behind Fora Mall and Ayala Mall, which is extremely helpful. There is a security guard at night. Just the location of where Quest Hotel is so so so convenient. I loved being close to both malls. Fora Mall was still having some stores being built so going to Ayala Mall specifically Waltermart was my go-to. I loved the fact that you could walk in the back and bam - you’re at Fora Mall. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They made my first solo trip to the Philippines amazing. My room was clean and every day they leave new glass cups and water. I had WiFi so I was happy. My only regret was not having the checkout time longer. Also, I feel extremely guilty that I didn’t leave a tip as my family rushed me out of the room so I could make it to my flight. I’ll definitely be back to Quest for my next trip to the Philippines and my only expectation is to have the same experience as my first. Also, did I mention that staff was as accommodating and kind!?!? I need more vacation time and to go back. "

"It was a very good stay. It was a very, very time in tagaytay city in the period that we stayed at summit ridge, it was good to know that they a very, very hot shower and hot water at the lavatory to warm us up also the hair dryer... The room itself was very comfortable to stay in. I love the couch by the bed, where you can rest. Unfortunately, the hotel don't seem to have a double glazing to soundproof the room from the traffic noise of the main road outside. It was very noisy road and the room service is a little slow... other than that there is no more disadvantages that we experienced, they have fast check in and check out, with very nice breakfast..."

"Deluxe View Room was amazing, you'll fall inlove with the view. Staff were very courteous and professional, felt like a 4 or 5 star hotel. The sound of the piano playing all throughout the day added to the feeling of exclusivity and class. Food on the breakfast buffet was a bit weird though, who serves tuna sisig during breakfast? Needless to say, again, the view from the breakfast lounge saved that weird food combination. Overall, I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know who'll be looking for a good hotel in Tagaytay (with the killer view of Taal). Hopeful to stay again in the future."

"I had originally booked another hotel overlooking the lake, however once I heard about the Royale Parc, and the fact it is a brand new hotel, I cancelled the other and booked at the Royale Parc. Pros: Great location. Brand new hotel with with comfortable, clean and modern rooms. Great central location with easy access to everything in Tagaytay. Nice pool. Cons: The hotel is still under construction, so was a little noisy at times. The buffet breakfast was very minimal and not very good. The staff are hit and miss with attentiveness. It is fairly expensive for Tagaytay."

"I was really hoping for a very relaxing stay in Tagaytay City and Taal Vista really delivered. The staff are very friendly, the facilities are well-maintained, and all my requests were granted (in terms of room specifications and accommodations). Me and my girlfriend were treated like royalty, as well as everyone else (guests). I guess this raises the bar for hotels in the Philippines - probably one of the nicest, warmest places to have a fun, romantic weekend stay at. The hotel also had a great view of the Taal Volcano - probably the nearest and most breathtaking view of the volcano. Very couple-friendly and the service are consistently superb. Staff are all-smiles and are very warm to speak to. They even would engage you in genuine conversations which I found very homey and reflects the Filipino hospitality. I'd say this is one of the top three best countryside hotels in the Philippines. I hope they keep up the good work as I will definitely be coming back soon. Just positive things to say about this hotel. Two thumbs up!"

"New place in Tagaytay to stay in. The hotel is very clean, the room is very cozy. I love the comfort room it reminds me of Japan, they have smart toilet, automatic bidet, warm tiolet seat 😉 which is cool. 👎 I ordered breakfast by 8am because I need to take my meds and I called the receptionist 3x to follow up. My food arrived after 2 hours. The breakfast is quite expensive given the portioning of the food. 👍👍👍 Cleanliness of the place, a safe place to stay, value for money is Superb. "

"First off, they are very friendly. The welcome drinks will already tell you that you made the right choice booking this hotel. The ambiance is simple yet elegant. The heated pool is the best. I mean– how many hotels in Tagaytay have heated pools??? The hotel is not crowded. It’s really great for relaxation. Food. Their breakfast buffet is awesome. Read some reviews here that it’s not that great but, I tell you, I loved it. I’ve been to Bag of Beans several times but somehow I like their bfast in Hotel Monticello. Maybe because even though the choices are limited compared to the ones from Bag of Beans, their food is really delish. My favorites are their champorado, tapa, longganisa (garlicy not sweet) and their OMELETTE... And the croissants too! I added yogurt, blueberry and wallnuts to my croissant. Yummy! Like I said, We’re definitely going back!"
