From the moment I checked in until the day I checked out, my stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect. The entire journey was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their kindness and helpfulness truly made me feel welcomed. The facilities were nothing short of superb, but the highlight was the Hanayabi Lounge—a breathtaking space with a perfect view of the sakura garden. Watching the cherry blossoms in full bloom from the lounge was an experience I will never forget. The serenity and beauty of the garden were simply mesmerizing. Another standout aspect was the breakfast. Served in my room, it was a delightful and well-presented meal, making for a perfect start to my day. Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I will 100% return on my next visit to Tokyo. If you're looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay, this is the place to be!

“Truly beautiful hotel”
As someone who frequently travels, I've had my fair share of sleeping in 4 and 5 star hotels. This is among the better hotels that I have stayed at, as well as being one of the more unique ones. The decor was beautiful and the overall ambience of the hotel was great. The only downside is that walking to Shinagawa station is a little far so you'll probably prefer to uber everywhere.

“Nice hotel and kind staff. Onsen is available if you do not have tattoos.”
The room was pretty nice, though parts of it was dated; the coffee table had cup marks and the floor was creaky. It was certainly nice, though I would say less catered for foreigners in my opinion. Unfortunately, I was under the impression the onsen was private and on a reservation basis but it is not. It is open to the public and guests with tattoos are not permitted to enter. This was really the reason why I booked it but I should've done more research. The breakfast was good. The garden was very nice. You are able to visit all 4 properties. This is ~10 min. walk to Shinagawa station with plenty restaurants and shops. This hotel is ~35-45 minutes from Haneda airport. All in all, a decent stay.

“Nice Japanese style hotel”
We stayed at the Ryokan section of the hotel. The ambience is nice but the service is sub-par. The concierge needs a bit of training in meeting the needs of hotel guests - they tend to just answer questions with basic responses without providing value added service of understanding the needs of the guests.
