Teresa's Casita Tagaytay is a cozy 25 sqm one-bedroom unit. It has a balcony facing the City where you can enjoy the cool breeze of Tagaytay

It is conveniently located at Tagaytay Prime Residences near Tagaytay Rotunda. It is close to Picnic Grove, People's Park Museo Orlina, Our Lady of Lourdes, Sky Ranch and more.

Our unit can only accommodate max of 2 FULLY VACCINATED visitors/guests (18yrs old & above). If the guest is partially vaccinated/unvaccinated — please submit a Barangay Health Clearance (LGU of Origin) not issued more than 5 days prior to arrival date. If the guest is below 18years old, there are no requirements.

REMINDER:
All guests must present their COVID-19 VACCINATION CARD, valid ID, and fill out the Health Declaration Form upon check-in at the Lobby Guard. Please wear a face mask. (wearing the face shield is voluntary). Temperature screening will also be conducted at various points of entry to the building. “Good deal”
It was a good deal and we had an amazing stay. The place is just in Olivarez which is very near to places where tourists can go. It's also easy to rent a tryke if you want to go somewhere else. It was a good staycation location if people would want to explore Tagaytay. Serin is just walking distance if you want to eat, buy groceries or do something else. The room is in 22nd floor and definitely gave us a very good view of the lake and what's on the opposite as well. The room is definitely more than we paid for, it has a queen sized bed, sofa bed, ref, microwave, dining utensils, tables and chairs, hot and cold shower, tv, and wifi. Almost everything you need for a good staycation. The only downside I can think of is the weak signal for both globe ad smart which I think maybe due to the room's location but all in all, everything was good.

My vacation went smoothly. The unit was clean and the items there were functioning well. Proper guidelines were administered before the stay. Handling of guests was also well executed. I would definitely consider booking this unit again.

Cool place!!! Clean and we have a nice quiet time...i think the caretaker is always in a rush .. but overall this is a highly recommended place to stay.....looking forward to stay on my next holiday....👍👍👍💜
