If you want to stay a quiet place, this would be the one to consider. I have requested the second floor and a double bed instead I was assigned to the first floor. The housekeepers are very attentive, and keep the room neat and tidy. I would have given a 5 stars if not for the type of room I was given.

Room renovation not completed yet but already open for sale. Upon check-in, was told to wait for half an hour. The room had a strong smell and there was no breakfast provided despite being advertised. The coffee in the room was also not available. Overall, a very disappointing stay. However, it may improve in the future.

Nice little hotel further away from a city center”
I really liked Thanavill. It was nice little place a bit far from city center but the owner always gave me a bike if I wanted. The room was clean and tidy and the staff were amazing. We had some problems with communication in English but they really tried their best and we solved everything out. I really enjoyed my time in Mae Sot even though I was only staying one night.

You can totally feel like home here. Everything is very easy with Thanaville and its owner family. It's a bit off center, but then I got a scenic track morning run. Great value for money. New and clean. The owner is always ready to assist you with anything at all. And their breakfast is homemade and tastes wonderful - the kind you won't get from bigger hotels.

Sehr sauber, Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Leider waren die Räder kaputt und zu Guss ist es doch fast 1,5 km in die Stadt.
