Disappointed - Treated Badly”
not one for commenting but when treated badly you must. Firstly hotel was under construction, therefore work started from 8 - 4 therefore couldn't sleep in. Shower would leaked the entrie bathroom Breakfast had very limited choice. Internet in my room didn't work Power cut for 6 hours during sleep. Man on reception very rude. I explained I would like to pay by card and he got very irate about it. I said to him (as previously booked via agoda) that he should of informed me that I couldn't pay by card. this was an inconconvience for me as I had to go draw cash out when I didn't need or want to and his response was aggressive and non-apologetic saying what do I expect him to do! he doesn't reflect the entire staff as most were pleasant but as front of house he should set an example. I am very annoyed I spent my money with thos hotel and they way I was treated.

I booked a room with bath tub and I was given a room without bath tub. The staff seems like not so friendly, no dare to ask for changes since initially they gave us a room with twins bed but we booked a superior king size room and we have already requested to change once. The staff was like impatient. The hotel is undergoing renovation, it’s quite dusty all the way. Lift also cannot use need to use the staircase. They even ask us to pay in cash for the hotel but I showed them that I have already paid in agoda. Overall experience is 2.5 out of 5.

Very nice hotel and not so far from ancient city. Only one comment, the towels were smelling like smoke. We asked for changes 2 times, still they were not useable towel. However, they do have great breakfast, pool, and very big room. The staffs were helpful as well.

The staff is really nice, they let me early check in cause the room is ready. They really helpful to book ticket for me too. The location is really good since it’s only 10 minutes walk to hoi an ancient town. And I really appreciate they still let me pray/shalat in my room even after i check out. It was really a pleasant stay.

We have stayed in Hội An many times. This is my least favourite hotel. Great value for money and good location but no wow factor m. You get what you pay for and if saving a few dollars is key this might be the place for you.

Maybe family business and can only see one person at front desk, sometimes no one there. All transaction need cash, card not accepted. Can't feel the human relationships. The hotel is okay, well decorated.

The was much more than I expected upon closer examination: the flooring is outstanding and the Lobby furnishings are old school and I like that but it also has an elevator which is a must for me. I could easily stay a month ! Breakfast was just fine PB and J and Baguette!

Very helpful staff. Clean & comfortable. Near to many amenities and good eateries. Easy accesd to many places of attractions. Suitable for everyone. For those who look for Muslim food, Baba's Kitchen within walking distance from the hotel.

Hot water was intermittent. 1 day out of 3 days. Remember to close windows. After making up the room, the staff leave it open to air. This invited mozzies in.

Unsatisfactory accommodation”
The hotel is nice and the rooms are very good. However, there was no warm water available for almost all day long. The clerk at the reception gave to the taxi driver completely wrong indications and we had to pay for a much longer ride.

Reasonable Price With good Location”
The room was spacious, and the Location was not far from Hoian Center. During Tet Holiday, the hotel didn't any ABF so I can't tell it good or not. The toilet was not good as Picture because of no ventilator in the toilet.
