Very clean. Delicious food. Excellent staff. Because it is so spacious, we didnt have any problems with social distancing during pandemic as there are lots of sitting areas. Wonderful to paddle around as water is flat and calm most of the time. We really had a great time.

Complimentary Upgrade”
We booked for the budget room for three nights but were upgraded to the Deluxe Twin that has a balcony and is close to reception. The room was older but had a nicer aspect and overall we were happier with this upgrade. The budget rooms are at the far end of the property, so there is a bit of a walk to breakfast and the beach if you choose this cheaper option. There is a free Shuttle service to Whitesand Beach three times a day, but the resort has its own beach, restaurant and small shop, so there is not any reason to leave. Luckily for us, the room rate included breakfasts. There is plenty of food to choose from, both Thai and Western and we were more than satisfied with the selections. Staff were very helpful and pleasant during the course of our stay. Wi-fi was active all over the resort, including to the end of the pier, which was amazing. I would definitely stay here again and pay for the same room with a balcony as I think we got exceptional value for our stay.

Wonderful staff and breakfast, theres a lot to explore its a big resort, beautiful spots and views. Internet is excellent and room is good but can be excellent with some modernisation. But it did not matter to us as we were able to have lots of fun around the resort. Highly recommended.

Have many facilities such a private beach, kayaking, mountain bike, motor boat, awesome hospitality, room is really good, no words to describe. Only con is it's very far from many Koh Chang main attraction, if u don't have vehicle for urself it's gonna be difficult

The location in relation to the water is fantastic. It would be easy to stay for an extended period of time. There is quite a bit of elevation change between different parts of the resort, so you'll definitely get your steps (and stairs) in. The breakfast was ordinary, but lunch and dinner menu items are fantastic. The staff goes out of its way to help guests, and are very accommodating. The front desk staff speak English very well. Travel to and from any of the beaches can be pricey, but it is very convenient when booked through the resort. They do offer a couple free trips to and from White Sand beach every day.

Great staff good location on the beach”
I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast is good, the staff is attentive, helpful and friendly. The bed is comfortable and the amenities are about as expected. Complimentary transport around the facilities via golf cart is a huge plus and the laundry services were quite good as well. As an aside, there is a lot of rust in the water. Having stayed at several places on island this is not isolated to this resort. It seems to be an island-wide situation and while a bit unsightly, it's not going to hurt anything.

Friendly Resort in North Koh Chang”
The hotel is on a large hillside property overlooking the the first bay you pass by in the north west of the island. Being on a hillside, although not by any means very steep, it may be an issue for some with mobility problems. It is a Chinese-Thai family owned resort and may not suit all tastes, but the place is quiet, clean and friendly. There is a small section of beach, and there are some watersports available (kayaking etc) at the beach, and there is also the option of enjoying a swim in the pool. There is a range of accommodation, and I stayed in one of the standard rooms, but they also have villas, which seemed popular on the day I was there. Parking may be an issue if you drive, depending how busy it is, as they do have a good number of parking bays available, but they will be occupied quickly if there are a large number of local guests staying - which is what happened on the long weekend when I visited Koh Chang. Overall comfortable and quiet.
