The staffs were amicable, courteous and helpful. The negative comment I have is the wifi. They tend to turn it off at around 9:00 pm. I’m studying at night and I don’t have the internet connection. I have to go downstairs three times. Also when you leave your keys on the counter for cleaning ( I booked 4 rooms), it happened twice coming back at night the rooms were not cleaned. So, we have to tell them to clean the trash, new towels, bathroom mat needs to be changed. But I’m very patient person and we have to tell the people who works at night in the counter.

We booked via few hours before we arrived at the hotel, although, it was a confirmed booking, staff has not yet viewed or aware of our booking, we waited & given a room not based on our request & room is not yet ready. Despite all this, they gave as an alternative room which unfortunately has clogged toilet. Breakfast is ok but served like 30-45minutes waiting time. Also noticed the leftovers from previous eaters took so long before staff clean them up. Ambiance of the hotel is classic with painting designs. Improvement on the service is highly recommended.

Good but can do better”
First of all, the location is very accessible to the church, public transpo, food establishments, stòres etc. The Family room with double beds was just right for a family of three. The facilities though could be better. There is no closet to stow luggages only 2 small shelves and open hanging space. The bathroom door could not be shut easily, there were roaches in the room that appeared at different times in the 4 days stay. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Power cut off during we asleep”
We had a great experience to this botel when we booked here 5yrs ago. Thats why when we need to go back in legaspi, we decided to stay here. Unfortunately it seems that the hotel maintenance sucks. The bed is dusty, it seems they just replace the bedsheet without atleast vaccuming the bed. They also cut the power supply at 2am when we are sleeping and only to restore it at 4am. And at 1130, they cut it off again. The cr is also smelled like a clogged septic tank.. for a price of 2800 per night, its not really a worth it.

Too many issues to be worth it ”
Peeling paint, smelly toilets, ants in the room, broken water heater, no shampoo, not even extras, beddings are worn and rough, towels are frayed, huge spider running around reception area Too bad because the lobby actually looks nice and artsy and the rooms are pretty big! Location is not bad either, although we couldn’t get a tricycle. Some of the staff are pretty helpful, a few know nothing about the place.

Awful Experience ”
The room that we had booked was dirty, the aircon was not even working properly, and the ceiling had spider webs. The comfort room looks like no one has used it for a long time. It has stains on the toilet bowl, no tissue, and stinks. The staff have no initiative to ask us if we want to transfer a room. We demanded to be transferred. An awful experience for real.

Worst experience ever!”
We arrived at the hotel around 11pm. Immediately, I sensed something was wrong because the receptionist can not "verify" our reservation and later on said that the room we were supposed to stay has a brokem air conditioning unit. We asked if they have other room to offer and said no. They can't be direct in telling us that they offered our room to someone else! Per policy, room is reserved until 12 midnight. They immediately referred us to Ninong Hotel which is terrible!

The day I fell IN LOVE with ALBAY”
Apple Peach House is one unexpected place. Its location is so proximal to everything in Legazpi. It stands in the heart of everything nice. The place is just vibrant and radiant. Straight forward but not intimidating. Simple but sophisticated. And not to mention the staff.... THEY ARE A BLAST!!! Hospitality at its finest. KUDOS to IYA and JONATHAN who... for my entire stay... was very accommodating. This place fosters ART and PASSION. The display in the walls showcases LOCAL and INTERNATIONAL works of art... This is what defines the ambient feel once you step foot in its lobby. Upstairs, on a clear day, would give you a MAJESTIC glimpse of MAGAYON. A few blocks away are restaurants that are serving not just good food but very affordable. I have so many things to share but time is limited. The rooms may not be perfect for it has improvements to foster but over-all... I slept well and had a nice HOT SHOWER Bath after a day of tours and adventures. This is HOME AWAY FROM HOME.

Another Awesome Stay”
I always stay at Apple Peach everytime I am In Legazpi City. Staff are polite, corteous and helpful. They treat me Like a family. Room is spacious and clean. Bed Mattress is firm, which is perfect for my back. Pillows are wonderful. Sheets are clean. The hotel has a good view of Mayon Volcano. Will stay here again.

A Room Without A View”
Agoda advertises the Apple Executive Rooms with a mountain view. The room we were given did not have a view, on asking why and showing the Agoda website advertisement we were upgraded to a room with a Mayon Mountain view (Agoda should check their advertising). The complimentary breakfast is Filipino only, (one only choice served on a daily rotating schedule) if you choose a Western style breakfast it will cost Ph 180. However breakfast was very good. The Apple Peach staff were very friendly, a whole day tour was arranged for us, which included a guide and driver. We were well looked after and viewed many local sites.
