great for a big family reunion”
when booking, I had a hard time to find information about this villas. when I search it on the google map, I found two spots in the same name. well, here is the reason. The Chase & Foxlea is a company which builds pool villas. They rent out the villas in the season and sometimes sell them out. For that reason, there is no reception, so I had to call the manager in front of the sign board 'The chase', and manager came up in 20 mins. Location is pretty hard to get in. if you don't have a rent-a-car, it is not a good idea to stay in this villa. She was very nice and explained how to use electricity and waterfall. I stayed in a four bed room villa. three of the rooms have private bathrooms and one in the living room. every room has air-conditioner. the swimming pool was perfect. in front of the waterfall, it's 180cm deep, so you can actually dive into the water.

No review, we were sent to different hotel. We booked at The Chase & Foxlea Executive Pool Villas, we like all photos we saw on the web site. But we were placed in Mabprachan Lake Villa which is also nice, but of course, totally different than what we expected.

Quiet hotel, best for relaxing”
Perfect villa for relaxing with ur family. It's very large n quiet. Jacuzzi works well. Swimming pool is suitable for 6-7 people. Not far from market. But I was charged 1,200 baht for electricity for 2 nights. I can't remember whether this charge stated while I was booking? And if u leave ur food, even water on counter for 5 mins, plenty of ants would come.

Feel like home”
The hotel made us feel like being at home. Facilities are great, house is big, equipped with all household appliances we ever needed. The pool is big, not like other pool villa. This hotel is good for getting away because it is a bit in the middle of no where. But once you are inside, you don't need to go to other places. Not good for travelers who prefer lights and sounds though.

Great Value!!!”
12 of us were staying at this big 4 bed rooms villa. We had a great time in the pool which was big enough to fit us all in. Everything was perfect except that the location of the place is quite remote. Better be well prepared with your supplies, it's not fun driving around looking for 7-11.

Big house and nice pool area but bad location”
It's got a great pool view and BBQ facility Also Large rooms as seen in photos Especially at night time, really awesome to have dinner with friends. However it's a little bit far from Pattaya main street Plus it was a little hard to find when first time. Overall, it's good to stay with friends or family , couple. If you would like to hit the beach and go out much, probably not a best place to be, it's for relaxing and stuff

Such a big house with big pool”
We really enjoyed staying at this place. It's such a big house, plenty of spaces. The pool is big, even with outdoor seating area with barbecue. This is definitely making you feel like home. Although, its location is a bit distance, but we didn't need to go out because all appliances are enough.

Perfect for a relaxing getaway”
It was definitely hard to find at first, and way out of town, so it's really good for those who just want to stay in a house and relax by the pool most of the time. It would be a real inconvenience to not have a car. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you possibly need, like a microwave, stove, oven, electric kettle, pots and pans and enough utensils. There's even a BBQ, where you can purchase coal from the staff. The staff were pleasant. Very good for larger groups (4-10 people)

Nice villa but the pool is a bit small”
A nice place for family and friends outing. All utensils are there for your use. The pool is a bit small for 8 people. However, this villa is a bit far from the sea and the entrance does not have the sign, so you'd better call them to show you the way.

the villa is fully furnished with all required equipment and facilities. the villa is quite clean - but the water is quite slow. it's suitable for group travellers - or family that want to spend time together for party or bbq or dinners. location is quite far from town. so be sure to do all the shopping - bring all food before coming in to the hotel

Too far away ”
the villa is ok for people who want enjoy a private holiday, but for us it was not the right choice. The Villa is too far from the city and it was hard for us to find the location. the only landmark was the city prison which was next to the villa area. We only staid one night at the place and moved on to some hotel next to the beach. overall I would not book that villa again.

it was my second stay and it is still good value. the pool is good fun. can improve by providing cable TV though. only if you have own car, no food and other amenities nearby.

Nice house but bad organize”
Getting to the hotel was rough. Bad map and no sign on the main road. We were lost for an hour until we found a small sign to the hotel. The management is not professional. Apart from that,the house was nice, the pool was wonderful.

Big house with pool a little out of town.”
The house is big, pool. Well made and maintained. A little hard to find and out of town. No beach, you have to Pu for your electricity much higher then the regular rate. Free electricity that they provide is not enough for 1 night. Good for reunions and privacy.

Good size 4 bedroom acconmadation but the house heeping is not so great. Cleaning service and linens and Towels are not up to the mark. Washing machine was not working and few bits and pieces needs tweeking. we had tough time in finding the place initially, no much of help from the owners or managers to direct us to the house. Kitchen and other facilities are great.

The villa is verry far from the citycenter,and not really clean. You have to pay for the extra electric fee. Also hard to find out where is it.But it was cheap.
