A soul healing getaway, must thank my wife for doing researches and all the plannings, how lovely we made the right decision to stay at the cliff lipe, one word " breathtaking" the stays was awesome, free and easy with no schedule to catch, most importantly staffs are friendly and nice, a staff named 'smile' obviously not real name but suite her perfectly, and charlie an amazing guy taking care every guests and sharing about our perceptions of life and experience, such a cool guy he is. The customer service is excellent! Welcome drink and breakfast are unforgettable. We book the room ocean view with jacuzzi. The ocean view is superb stunning, and I love the atmosphere and relaxing vibe in the cliff! Everything is clean and satisfy! Most importantly, we enjoy the private beach so much! They have free kayaking, snorkeling! I would definitely come back again!

Had 3 wonderful and quiet night at this resort. We topped up to upgrade to pool villa and this further enhanced our staying experience. Nice sea view which u can zoned out from busy life. Best location for sunset and snorkeling just right in front of the room. It's a bit far from everything but not too far just 5 minutes ride from walking street. This is my 3rd time at this resort and will come back for sure. All staffs are very nice and helpful. Totally recommend 👌

Amazing Stay!”
The Cliff Lipe Resort, our stay for 3 days 2 nights were really pleasant. Stepping through the lobby to check in, we were immediately struck by the beautiful ocean view, crystal clear water, friendly reception area and hygienic dining area. Lobby veranda is very spacious with nice feel of sea breeze. The thing that makes this resort such a good place to stay are the staffs. The staffs throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. Mr Charlie, the host / staff is friendly and making sure that we can get everything needed according to what we need throughout our stay. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great ( to those prefer some private space, quite environment and away from noise ). The room was spacious and well equipped with all essentials. We have no hesitation in recommending this resort to people heading to Koh Lipe.. Will be back to this place soon..!!!

The view from this location is amazing. I was staying in jacuzzi room with unobstructed view of the ocean, and having myself relaxing in the jacuzzi looking at those view was a great experience. The breakfast is great as well and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Beach in front of hotel is private and super clean. Water is so clear and for me the most beautiful in Lipe island. Staff was friendly and helpful. They picked up from the point that speed boat dropped you. Room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to my friends

Cute place”
Great little place. Is it worth the price? Yes if you can get a discount. Location is great as it has it's own little section of beach, however the location to town and the pier is really far and out of the way. The beach has very little sand space as most of it is giant rocks. I enjoyed myself thoroughly when nobody was on the beach. When others were there it was verybloud as the sound echoed. The breakfast as great. The other menu items are quite expensive. I overall recommend it as it is one of the nicer resorts on Koh Lipe.
