Wonderful place to stay”
Arrived not expecting much but was really pleasantly surprised,hotel is VERY tastefully done with excellent views and some of the best staff we have had the pleasure to deal with, only a short walk from the main town about 5 minutes,and an adequate buffet breakfast made it one of the best places for the price we have stayed in S.E. Asia in over 30 years of visiting this area👌

Beautiful Hotel!”
A little away from the hustle bustle of ancient town, this is a beautiful riverside hotel. The room was immaculate with a great view from balcony or in case of suite, even from the bed. A nice pool with decent lounging area. The best part is certainly the staff, Anna & Tom at the front desk and even the owners look after your well being. The breakfast spread is good and the menu changes every day. A wonderful stay overall.

River View, Pool and great rooms. ”
A little further away from town, just over a km, but we had a motor bike which made it easy to travel around and they have free bicycles to use as well. Pool was a life saver. Great breakfasts. Room was cozy and staff were super friendly and helpful. Only downside was that there was a lot of construction going on. I could tell they were trying to be considerate and not start to early or carry on too late which was nice but until their work is complete expect a bit of noise.

Peaceful place, lovely staff”
Peaceful place. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. We booked a cooking lesson with them which was great. Used their free bikes to get around town and to the beach. The pool looked very nice but we didn’t have time to try it. We have a real good experience here.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3nights and it was just perfect. The personal and owners are wonderful and caring. The rooms are stylish and newly furnished. The Price is absolutely fantastic and you are in a few min walking at every must see stop. Therefore, if you are visiting Hoi An you should stay here.

Great spot along the river very quiet and mellow which we were looking for - no hustle and bustle and easy to hop on a bicycle and ride into the town 5-10 mins - lovely rooms and a nice pool to relax in when the weather gets too hot 🥵 all round a great place to stay

Very relaxing 2 days in the villa ”
My stay in here was absolutely perfect. The staff was very friendly and enthusiastic. The swimming pool was great. To sum up I would have stayed longer if time had allowed. There is just one thing that the main road was very busy with buses and vans, some were driving really fast. Very dangerous for pedestrians and cyclers. I know this is not something the villa can change/fix, it has to come from the authorities, please just don't blame it on the owner, staff and the place.

Great service and friendly staff”
Great location, beautiful view of the river and since it is a little further away from ancient town so it is nice and quiet, perfect if you want to get away from the busy streets. And you can get to town with short 10 mins bicycle ride, and hotel offers free bicycles. The staffs are very friendly and attentive, and they make really good espresso :) Rooms are clean and spacious. Only problem is they have no lift, so if you are traveling with elderly or with heavy luggage, check with them the floor of your room when you are booking, other than that, highly recommend!

Really nice place to chill out”
A perfect place to rest between visiting North and South. There is a quick walk to the centre, but there is a free bicycle option as well. Breakfasts were good and rooms very clean. Pool was a nice bonus. Recommending!

They are very nice to introduce Hoi An and give me the map. I just there one night. Next time I will book longer to stay there. The view are great. Although need around 15mins to old town or night market by walking. 5 mins by cycling. Overall it is a good villa. Not many peoples here, very good!!!!!

Very friendly personnel! We could even check in at 08:00 am. Clean rooms and great pool. Fresh breakfast, free bikes. With bike you're in the city in 5 min. The lady from the reception recommended us a very great cooking class!

It is a nice, beautiful, modern, cozy villa with good view of the river. There is no elevator so guests should be prepared to climb stairs. The distance to the old town is slightly far so some walking is expected. The breakfast is plentiful and nice, while wifi signal is strong. The room is comfortable and cozy, though the cleanliness can be further improved. The staff are extremely friendly, cheerful and helpful, especially Ms Thuy who greets everyone with a big smile. There are also free bicycles to hop on to explore, so overall it is a nice place to stay.

The pool and the location are fine. But for the price we paid they sould finish the electric installation and clean the hotel a bit better. I felt like there was a lack of maintenance.
