จองห้องพักผ่านทาง Agoda.com The Crest Hua Hin - 3 Bedroom ซึ่งขอแจ้งรายละเอียดปัญหา ผมเพื่อนและครอบครัวได้เดินทางถึงที่พักดังกล่าวประมาณ 17.00 น. และได้แจ้งกับทางเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำโครงการ ปรากฎว่าท่างเจ้าหน้าที่ไม่ทราบว่าจะมีลูกค้ามาเข้าพัก และผมได้ทำการแจ้ง Booking Number ไปทางเจ้าหน้าที่ก็แจ้งอีกว่าไม่ทราบการจองห้องนี้ จนได้ประสานกับทางที่พักเพื่อหารายชื่อของผู้เอเจนซี่ปล่อยห้องเช่า เพื่อติดต่อซึ่งกว่าจะติดต่อได้ก็มืดแล้ว และผมได้คุยกับทางทางเอเจนซี่และประสานกับทางนิติฯ เพื่อเบิกกุญแจห้องพัก เมื่อเข้าไปดูที่ห้องปรากฏว่ามีแค่ 2 ห้องนอน และมีห้องนอนเด็กเตียง 2 ชั้นในห้องหนึ่ง ทางผมและเพื่อนๆ มากัน 3 ครอบครัว ทำให้ไม่สามารถที่จะอยู่ได้อย่างสะดวก ซึ่งผมก็คุยกับเอเจนซี่ว่าทางออกโดยเปลี่ยนห้องให้เป็น 3 ห้องนอนได้หรือไม่ คำตอบคือได้แต่ต้องเพิ่มเงิน 5,000 และขอเวลาหาก่อน ซึ่งตอนนั้นลูก เด็กๆ ก็หิวข้าว เหนื่อยกับการเดินทางทางเอเจนซี่ท่านนั้นได้บอกว่าจะหาห้องให้ และจะโทรกลับมาบอก แล้วก็หายไปเลย ผมและคณะจึงตัดสินใจยกเลิกการเข้าพัก และคืนกุญแจกับนิติฯ ผลสรุปคือไม่ได้พัก ได้เงินคืนแค่20%ครับ
