Affordable price and complete facilities like swimming pool, kitchen, lock floor by lock lift, a high portions of living areas than other hotel, slot of parking and various kind of restaurants. They are all in one finally . However, the location and logistics may be inconvenienced for traveler.

The 2 nd Security card always has priblem”
I have to put 500 baht deposit for the 2nd security hotel card. But it can not scan the elevator and my room's door Twice. So Annoying. 2 times contact the receptionist to manage.

we book two-room for Thailand pass one night. when we reach the hotel around 9 am we ask for breakfast for two in the room due to quarantine and I pay 1000bht to the lady at the reception, the cost of the breakfast is about 300bht. when I check out and ask for the remaining money they didn't give back saying not recorded and the lady on duty that day was off. please make sure you ask for a receipt when paying anything at this hotel.

Thank you for comment and we were very sorry to hear that. We are The Garden 304, located in Prachinburi, Thailand. You stayed with us for 2 nights 13-15 March 2022. You booked for 2 rooms, including breakfast already. However, we were afraid that you might give comments to a wrong hotel because- 1) We are not registered as a hospitel or ASQ (alternative state quarantine) so we are not eligible to service guest on quarantine purpose. Thus, you stated that you booked our hotel for Thailand pass quarantine purpose, that should not be possible. 2) You mentioned that you had breakfast in room; since we are not ASQ, we did not serve breakfast in room. Our breakfast serve in buffet style regularly at our restaurant. We do not offer room service option for breakfast. 3) You said you checked in at the hotel around 9AM; but from our hotel record you checked in with us on 2.37 PM. 4) You said you stayed for 1 night; but you stayed with us for 2 nights from 13-15 March. We were there during Coronavirus, staff didn't check us at all, no temperature was checked up, staff unfriendly and none was actually speak English, we were asking to room service some drinking water that never came.. At breakfast also no staff was checking temperature or wear mask and gloves to serve customers....
