So the hotel is simple, clean and pleasant. Decent pool at the back, garden at the front. Clean rooms and bathrooms, the staff are very cute and friendly. The location is good - 7 mins walk to the crowded Pataya beach, and the same to the secluded Sunset beach. We like to party and the hotel is 1 min away from Maya bar, good for a bit of dance, chill, etc I think we get what we pay for at The Green. To be honest if we go back to Lipe - I would definitely choose to stay there again

Very helpful and understanding ”
We actually didn’t make it to Koh Lipe because Tiger Lines speed boat almost killed us and couldn’t get us there safely, but this hotel showed genuine worry about our safety (checking in with us many times) and didn’t hesitate to give us a full refund when they learned we couldn’t make it to Koh Lipe through no fault of our own. We are very thankful for them and appreciate them greatly and hope to get a chance to stay there sometime as our friends told us it is the PERFECT hotel to stay at in Lipe. ❤️❤️

Exceptional”
The hotel asks you to take of your shoes and wash your feet before entering, which I really liked. It helped keeping the inside clean. The room was clean and well equipped. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel itself is just a few minutes from Walking Street so you can easily go back and forth. The only negative point are the bars in the street which can get quite loud. If you take the "garden view" rooms bring (or buy) some ear plugs, because it can get noisy at night.

Stayed here for a week, loved it! Hotel was spotless clean and at a very convenient location. Staff was very helpful (we forgot to bring a power adapter, and they loaned us one without a problem). Will be back again for sure! Thank you for having us!!!

Fantastic Stay”
The hotel has an excellent location with quick access to every available beach on the island. Inside, the hotel provides all the amenities you might need for a comfortable stay: a cooling pool, an excellent breakfast with several options, also free both ways transfer from/to the port. Our room was always clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. Check-in was very smooth, and the girls at the desk are very hardworking with smiles on their faces; they were happy to assist with everything. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great. The location is great as its in the middle of the island and it takes you 10 minutes to either beach and 3 minutes to the walking street. The room was very clean and spacious. Really a steal for that price would 100% come back 😍

Lovely lovely hotel”
Stayed here for 7 days recently, it was absolutely perfect for our trip. Located close enough to walking street but not too close that it was loud, perfect balance. Great location for beaches too - preferred sunrise beach to sunset. Our room was large and spacious (pool view), air con was great, staff cleaned room every day fresh towels provided to us. Pool area was great too and was much appreciated after a day at the beach. Would highly recommend this place :)

Room & Air-con: best Water-pressure: so-so Location: 3 beaches close to walk I stayed for 7 days. Even if they donot provide breakfast Bloom cafe is close. Highly recomended.
