New hotel new Sam mountain and town. We got upgraded to a bigger room free of charge. The room was cleaned and modern. All the staffs are friendly very helpful. Located near Sam mountain and Chau Doc market. Very good value for money. We would stay again if visiting Chau Doc.

Very new, modern and clean hotel in Chau Doc, An Giang. Great staff, help us hire motobike, taxi, some advise for local food. Agree for us check in sooner (at 8AM). Will get back in the future. 1 point: Hotel need to update the address on maps.

This hotel is new and very clean. The room is spacious. It is definitely worth the money. It is about 2 km from the main temples and the city center, but if you have a car, it's not a problem. Highly recommended!

Clean and tidy room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Room price is so much cheap comparing with facilities Location is 5km away from Chau Doc market but the hotel is quite close to Sam mountain. Im happy with this choice

The hotel is new so everything is very clean. For a 2 star hotel it is totally worth money with all the facilities. Very modern compares to other hotels in Chau Doc. My family really enjoy this. Will stay here next time.

1. We booked non-smoking but the hotel let other customers smoke on the Hallway which was quite small so the smell goes into the room any way. 2. We asked to change the room (we booked 2 rooms) to the floor with less people so we don't need to smell the cigarette. After went into the room there are a lot of black mold on the wall! So I call the reception again asking for the new room but they told me that I need to go back to the old room or else they don't have any vacant room anymore because another rooms also have a mold like that one cuz they fixing the pipe or something. 3. Later on we went out and my friend just mentioned that the air condition in his room isn't working so I told him to change back to the old just like me (afraid of went into another room full with mold). So he call the hotel and they confirmed that he can go back to his room after we come back at the hotel. But no, when we came back the staff told us that he cannot change the room because they already sold the room to other customer and if we want to change we need to pay more money to get bigger room. This hotel got a nice and professional looks on the outside but on the inside it's no good for this price range. Of course it's cleaner and look nicer than other 1-2 stars hotel but you can stay there if you are lucky enough to get the room without a mold or you can stand the cigarette smells while you sleep.
