Great hotel to stay if you want relaxation”
We love this hotel a lot. Located in Kamala beach, it is a luxurious beachfront hotel with great facilities and spacious room!. Restaurant is great., staffs are great, a relaxing place for holiday. Kids can play in the kids room as well. Swimming pool was good. The sea water was clear, private beach without the crowd. When you are here, you would not want to go elsewhere. Just stay in the hotel! Our room was on the high side, so we could witness both sunset and sunrise from our bed! How romantic! Only downside is that, you cant take anything away from the room when you check out - for example, toiletries, and even laundry bag - or you will be charged for those. I took the laundry bag as with all the hotels i have stayed, to put my dirty clothes but with this hotel, i was told that i was gonna be charged for it. be careful!

Incredible views”
The view from the high bay rooms are breathtaking. When you're driving up to Naka, you can see the incredible view from multiple angles and it's absolutely stunning. This resort is also beautiful and the architecture is clean and interesting. The food is also great, as is the customer service. The staff are prompt, kind, and hospitable. If I'm ever in Kamala I'll certainly stay here again!

The most beautiful Villa/hotel I have ever stayed in.”
I was so amazed when I first arrived, warm towels and water given to us right away. The staff were impeccable and extremely helpful! Even though we were too early to check in, they assisted us in keeping our luggage and helped us get on the shuttle bus into Patong. They even gave us a free upgrade to a villa with a better view. I will definitely want to come back here again. It was the most relaxing and incredible experience.

Stayed for 4D3N. Very good service daily from front reception to restaurant staff. The villa look slightly old (can see signs of wear and tear), but the service make up for it. Many places for Instagram. Self sufficient resort and the food is nice! Can just stay and relax in the resort without stepping out

A well-kept nature corner combined with a great design resort ”
The Naka Phuket My family and I travel to Phuket once a year. As our kids grow older, we get drawn into more of family-friendly and fun orientated resorts. This time though, we miss a boutique-like resort where you just enjoy being there reading, swimming, walking and drinking coffee out in the balcony most of the days. We booked ourselves here at the Naka Resort via Agoda as there was a great deal on. The staffs were kind enough to upgrade us to high-bay villa(Southeast wing) As I mentioned, it’s truly a well-kept corner where you really appreciate the beauty of nature blended with a unique design of each unit. The small private beach is great fro snorkeling. View from the high bay villa is stunning! Great, friendly and attentive staffs throughout especially buggy team! Breakfast is great. Kids club is functioning. I love the reasonable( not a rip-off) minimart and souvenir shop. Would like to see gluten-free menus available for guests( it’s only “request in advance” for now)

Good location and best service”
This location was near Patong beach though, it was very private with own private beach. Perfect for retreat. Service was exceptional. I would recommend to stay at this hotel instead of going out to island because hotel also had touring service that could pick up at the hotel to diving trip. I definitely go back every year.

The hotel design is unparalleled. The room is designed to have an amazing view of the ocean, and is very spacious. The pool villa is nice and quite cozy. Great view for high bay room”
The view from high bay room is very special. Outdoor pool deck is long time shaded till 11:00. LIKE it. Living room is only room that i do not like. Because it can not see view. But from bed room the vire is exceptional. I will comeback again .

This place is amazing! Buildings are pretty, well maintained and comfortable! The staffs are well trained and super helpful! The ambience quiet and beautiful especially during sunset time. (The hotel is slightly out of the way from hotspots, about 15 mins driving to Patong beach) The event team help me planned my wedding proposal and they gave 120% in making sure the proposal goes smoothly. The spa here is one of the best you can get too!

A place to recharge and rejuvenate”
The villa is every bit as spectacular and indulgent as the images you see online. We had an amazing view of the sea and our private pool was luxurious and truly spacious. The rooms were generous with modern decor and fixtures. The villa also features a private beach which is nice, quiet and clean. Service was impeccable - the staff were all very friendly, helpful and efficient. Geographically, the villa is quite tucked away so transportation is a must when getting in and out of places. Though it is a little far from the main food and shopping areas, we didn't mind that at all for the tranquility and serenity that we had. Grabfood and Foodpanda were extremely handy (and affordable) when it comes to food, which means we didn't have travel out much at all to get fed. The only slight gripe we had was the wi-fi was rather unstable and the signal kept dropping out, despite the technicians coming over to fix it several times. If you're looking for a place to fully relax and recharge, The Naka Phuket is your choice.
