For the price we paid, it is impossible to say anything bad about this place. We had a sea view. It is right next to loads of bars and restaurants, 7 eleven, hair shop, pharmacy, everything. The bed shocked me as it was perfect for me. Really very comfortable and they even gave me extra pillows. Nice and clean, they sell very cheap tea, coffee and food. The lady and daughter at reception are really very smiley and friendly and this time gacve us free upgrade. We will be back 100%.

Nothing at all to complain about here. I love the family who run this place. Their rooms are a nice size, clean, and the location is utterly perfect on Jomtien Beach Road, very close to Surf Kitchen and loads of other such places.

Good value! Owner was very helpful.”
Although we faced problems, owner was very helpful and find alternatives for us right away. We chose the family room. Two connecting room with 1 bathroom. Plenty of spaces. But it needs some maintenance. 2 air-conditioners in both rooms didn't work well. So the owner called the mechanic, and arranged us to his another newer hotel instead, without extra charge. (Look up "Delight Palm Coffee & House", it's colorful and super comfy.) Other than that, the facility and location is good. In front of the beach and close to every shop.

Location is great. Just cross the street and you will be at the beach. Walk a little further and you will be at the Jomtien Night Market. We got confused and a liitle lost wgen we got there. The reception is also a Restaurant. You will go up the stairs and the rooms start on the second floor. There are 3 of us in the group. Us couple and 1 other. I was a bit disappointed because they put us in a connecting room. So we share the bathroom with the other person in the other room. In addition since its a connecting room, he can come inside the room because there was no lock from the other side also. Thankfully the other person is my brother. But imagine the inconvenience of going to the other room for you to use the bathroom. It was not noisy considering it was busy downstairs and there are nearby establishments also. The owner is kind enough to let us stay in the cafe for sometime after we finished our orders and checked out to rest and just pass our time.

Although location is great, cleanliness is not up to scratch. Bathrooms heavily mouldy, towels changed daily but bedding not replaced during 6 night stay. Facilities are basic and old but operational, cheap for the location but a serious cleanup would go a long way to improving the experience.

The room is smell so bad, especially the bathroom, also the door (bathroom) is broken so if the wind comes the door will be opened. The hotel is in a red district so would be noisy at night. But its very close to the beach.

I booked 3 rooms at Palm Delight Lodge and really delighted by the sea view in our rooms. I can't believed I get this spacy, very neat rooms with so little money! You can easily access this hotel from Pattaya Bus Terminal using local transportation (only 10 baht) and you will find this hotel on the left side of the road. It's so easy to find, very near to the beach and cafe. The only concerned I have is the poor English of the Staff. But it doesn't bothers so much.

Excellent Value Across From The Beach”
Located at corner of Jomtien beach road and Soi 8, this guest house is only 5 min or so Baht bus ride from Bus station at Jomtien where buses from BKK airport terminate (just under 2 hr trip total form level 1 at airport, buy ticket from booth there, go hourly until 10pm). For 100THB (A$4) extra I managed to get a seat that was the hostesses and it went into her pocket, when bus was full, at last minute! Friendly English speaking Thai staff, even at 11.30pm when I arrived. Standard room was clean and brightly coloured and modern. I had rear facing room and only downside was noise from the numerous bars (some Lady Boy) down Soi 8 which was noisier than other Sois (streets) I have stayed at nearby, with music blearing out till 1am at least and bad karaoke singing. So if you are a clubber and out till that time or later, no problem, but not for young families, etc. There is a downstairs restaurant with v reasonable USA breakfast for under 100 THB. Located just across from the beach and plenty of nearby cafes, pharmacies, atms and of course easy Baht bus (pay only 10THB like Thai, not 20THB like some Falangs or foreigners!)to Pattaya (15-20mins). Very good value for money for location, etc but not so good for the noise if you sleep before 1am. I would stay here again (4th trip to this area).

I love the design and color of our deluxe room. We stayed in the room facing the Jomtien beach. It was lovely. Close to ATMs, convenience stores and has easy access to public transportation. I love the place. A lot of restaurants around and also money changers. Recommended to everyone, especially those on a budget.
