I booked Peninsula hotel for our trip for 4 days in the Philippines 🇵🇭, through Agoda app and I got a very good deal with breakfast .. is a 5-star luxury hotel in the Philippines. It is located on the corner of Ayala Avenue and Makati Avenue in the Makati Central Business District, the hotel's fountain area, fronting the corner of Ayala and Makati Avenues it’s beautiful..I would like to start my extraordinary experienced during my stay in the hotel..start from the valet - all of them are polite and with their initiative to help..which I adore most of all filipinos attitude, and the concierge 💁♀️ Gliezzelle without hesitation since we are exhausted during our flight ✈️ she made us check in process as quick as possible, she’s very accommodating and friendly service, she had a exceptional customer service that myself experienced 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻..Our room lay out is perfect for two person comfy bed, huge bathroom , bathtub 🛀 , and separate toilet 🚽 and shower , 🚿 The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and big thanks to Wilmar who always make up our room ( spotless & his delightful and eager to help ) , We had our breakfast buffet at Escolta restaurant , staff are very friendly..I can’t remember everyone , I will mentioned some that I had a chitchat ~~very friendly thanks to Pauline , marianne, John, Kirk, Jesson ,who always look after us every morning ..Breakfast is the most important meal of the day - and even more so during the pandemic, impressive breakfast buffet, excellent value, for that usual variety of hot food dishes, salads sections, pastry’s, cakes , and beverage service options..& the fresh coconut 🥥 water cannot be missed..& a big thanks to Dennis who made our birthday lunch more memorable, his a good communicator and well versed in engaging to the guests .. Overall, I had a great experience with the Peninsula Manila, staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. Would definitely recommend to my colleagues!

A Very Nice Hotel ”
My wife and I stayed for two nights in the week before Christmas. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom included a full sized bath. Everything worked well, the wifi was good and there were lots of power outlets and USB charging ports. The pool area is a great place to relax and enjoy a swim. There’s a bar plus cold bottled water is provided by the pool attendant. The breakfast buffet included Philippine and Western foods, both were good. I also had an omelette that was tasty. Drinks in the bar were a little more expensive than some other places but they did make a good Negroni (500 pesos). The location is handy to Glorietta, Greenbelt etc. I’d definitely stay here again.

We love everything about our stay except for the peninsula time that only applies to guests who booked in their website directly. It would be nice if it will extended to guests who use other booking platforms. We loved our room. Breakfast selection is okay. Food at the lobby are good but a bit pricey. Customer service is excellent and facilities are clean. We’ll definitely be back!

Haven't stayed at the Pen in over a decade, but it was the best choice for our 1st family staycation since this pandemic started! The hotel is still beautiful, well-maintained, and most importantly clean! We felt comfortable venturing out into the world with our little kids, as we were confident that the staff were committed to our safety. Of course, they cannot control the actions of other guests so it's still best to be careful to make sure you & your family are protected whenever you are moving about in the hotel - that's really your personal responsibility already & reflective of your own self-discipline to follow health protocols. We actually decided to extend our stay and booked another night with the hotel directly, in order to maximize our time there. Overall, we were happy, we felt relaxed & grateful to have been able to spend some quality time as a family outside our home. A wonderful and memorable weekend staycation indeed! We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Facility, food and staff were all great! It’s my husband’s first time to see Philippines and was impressed with layout of lobby and beautiful surroundings of ManilaPen. All the staff were courteous and polite. This was my first time traveling back to Manila from Canada since the beginning of the pandemic and I just wanted to enjoy some quiet luxury in Makati at the beginning of my trip. I felt right at home from the minute I arrived until I left. You could really feel the heart of the filipino when it came to the service of every member of the staff. The breakfast was great every morning, enjoyed the gym and pool, and the room was very big and clean. I can't wait to book a stay here again on my next vacation.

Great Hospitality”
The hotel is strategically located in Makati and easily accessible to malls and banking establishments. The property itself is showing signs of being dated but nevertheless well maintained and serves its purposes of a comfortable place to stay. The staff or Filipino hospitality is top notch. The customer service from front desk to back operation staff is nothing short of great Filipino hospitality. Although, I was assigned a noisy room on my first night, the front desk gladly changed my room upon request. The service during breakfast at the lobby lounge could be better as some staff were a bit inattentive but overall the stay had been wonderful.

Highest quality and professionalism”
Peninsula does shine to its international reputation. Customer service is remarkable in all areas of hospitality. Location is walkable to Ayala Malls and even BGC. Breakfast was inclusive and nice, but Dusit Thani is superior. Pool and fitness areas are small but comfortable.

Best for staycation”
If you simply wanted to unwind and have still the best options available near you, The Peninsula Manila is really a good choice. You can enjoy the city and be on "by self" mode. The staffs are really so nice, esp the cleaning ladies who are so kind enough to check on us when they are within our area. Thumbs up for giving us extra toiletries when we said we will taking advantage of the tub :D

Great stay”
I stayed at the Manila Pen for six nights in October into November 2022. Although the hotel is dated on the outside, the inside is in excellent condition. Location is great, although getting to the malls across Makati Avenue is a bit circuitous with the pedestrian underpasses. The staff is top-notch and very helpful. My only complaints would be that the breakfast is the same every day—I’d like a little variety. The pool is also open only until 6pm. The free chilled bottled water at the pool is a nice touch!

Best Hotel for Couple”
I really find this hotel very classy & very elegant, the design is superb from room, to lobby, to pool, to gym, to resto & even the waterfalls facing the street, I love it!!! The staff are also courteous & got a very good customer service. It even got a spotlight on bed & what I also like is all the things are organized & kept inside the cabinets. I even vlog my staycation there (ytc: CJ Carpio)…really worth it!!!

Accessible to Ayala and Greenbelt Malls”
Best location if you’re staying in Makati. There’s a walkway to the malls and we felt safe while walking even at night super loved the lobby especially during Christmas as everything looks so festive and well decorated.

Perfects score from accomodation to staff!”
What I liked most about this place is the staff, from the moment you enter, to the accommodation till the day you leave they wear pleasant smiles and are ready to help you with almost anything you need. The place looks neat, is clean and the hotel follows protocols, that way I know I am safe in my staycation. Food is also superb! Free breakfast is served 5 minutes after you take a seat, you dont have to wait for too long especially if you are running late from appointments. Pool and gym also are very neat and well maintained. Looking forward to stay here again when I get back to Manila.

Beyond the luxurious décor and high attention to detail furnishing is an Amazing and Exceptional Hotel Service and Outstanding Staff. Billy to name a few, initiated for an early check in and arranged a birthday compliment for my son through his own accord. The response from our requests is always within the range of 5-10 mins. after calling the operator. Cleanliness is at 100% and so with the Staff Attentiveness. Highly recommended .
