Kindly coordinate with us with your check-in time and names of persons that will check-in early on. Names not on the list will not be admitted by the guard on duty. Valid ID & P1000 security deposit are required upon check-in. This amount will be refunded after stay. For guests checking in late at night, option for self check-in is available, details are provided after (URL HIDDEN) Early check-in is subject to availability.

CHECK-OUT: 12pm
Ms. Ruth will personally collect the keys at 12pm. This will give us ample time to clean the unit for the next guests. If you intend to check out earlier than 12pm, kindly notify us at least an hour before check out. Cost for any lost or accidental damage to property shall be deducted from security deposit. Please keep in mind our house rules to avoid inconvenience during checking out.

HOUSE RULES

- Pets are not allowed.

    “Very good”

    Location wise it's perfect. Rooftop view is perfect! Room is fine and comfortable. Cooking untensils are complete, parang medyo nastuck lang. Ung sponge, doesn't look that clean. Sofa, parang malapit lapit nang bumigay. Bed, lumulubog pero oks naman. Saw one small cockroach, not a big deal. Sa check in almost one hour waiting (medyo maaga kami) pero pde na magregister na guard. Note: Your booking name should match your ID pala. Sa buong stay dito, di lang namin nagustuhan ung check in ng hotel, kulang ang upuan tapos sobrang iniiiit habang naghihintay. Pero ung contact person naman nitong unit is okay via text lang, no need to meet and di naman masyado matagal bago magreply, sakto lang.

    “Good enough”

    For a first time staycation, this place is pretty nice. -The balcony is small but cute. -There is leaking in the bathroom but not really that bad. -The trash can is not cleaned enough, there is some left over bits that smelled. -I love how the sofa can be turned into a bed -There is 50php parking fee that is good for 24hrs, you can go in and out. You just need to renew it after the 24hrs. -nearby 7/11 -no toiletries but they have towels (bring own soap, shampoo, toothbrush, tissues, etc ) -A/C can get the room cold real fast -no dishwashing liquid, buy own but they have sponge -you can cook and microwave and heat water, there are cooking utensils and plates, spoon, fork, glass cups -there's pool as well, close on Sunday and Thursday -love the soundbar at the headboard -there's fridge, not the super icy fridge, just enough to keep food and beverages cold, there's ice molder too -there's cabinet and hangers -We would definitely come back again

    First time staying here and last minute. It doesnt take long for the host and caretaker to reply :> Comfortable bed too. Unfortunately no dishwashing soap and bath soap but it was not a big deal for me but would appreciate to have them next time! Will recommend and will definitely be back.

    “Honest Review”

    It was a short stay while visiting relatives. The location is great, fast food chains are everywhere and malls as well. The parking is also cheap and secure. The water heater in the bathroom is working and complete set of kitchen amenities. However, I like to point out some of the things that made me a bit disappointed. First is the cleanliness, there's a dirty comforter inside the cabinet together with the clean blanket. Second the lights in the bedroom is broken and some lights in the kitchen are not functioning as well. I also want to point out the sofa bed, it was really worn out and you can feel the wood when you sit on it. Overall this can be a good choice if you just want to have a place to sleep thru the night before heading out to your activities the next day.

    “Recommended”

    We checked in for 3 days 2 nights and our stay is comfortable enough. You will enjoy watching TV because it's big as advertised. They even have hair dryer. I wish they have cleaning materials like broom and dustpan and rags. The dishwashing paste needs a refill, maybe the caretaker have overlooked it.
