Ok for the price”
KabinBuri is an expensive place to stay and this hotel is expensive for what it provides but everything is as expected, bed was comfortable and service was very good.

Exceeded expectations”
Hotel is near junction of 2 highways. Wasn’t expecting much and was pleasantly surprised. Not much around the hotel except a nice coffee shop and restaurant in front. Hotel is set back a bit from road so pretty quiet. Room was well appointed for this price range and bed was very comfortable. Very clean with crisp white sheets. Wifi was a 40/40 mbps up/down Plenty of parking and guessing it’s popular as I noted 25 or 30 cars in the morning even with COVID situation. Was not expecting much for breakfast but found eggs, sausages, fried rice and porridge and toast. The staff was very friendly. I don’t speak much Thai, but they spoke a bit of English and we got along fine. If you find yourself in this area and need to stop for the night I’d definitely give it a try.

Ok for short stay”
Booked this last minute for a night as we were going to see family for the day. We usually stay at the serenity just down the road because when we visit we normally stay 3-5 nights and it’s a resort but for 1 night and £25 quid we thought we’d take a chance. First impressions are it’s fairly new and unfinished in the grounds but we were warmly welcomed by a lovely lady at reception and quickly checked in. The room is spotless with a fridge and tv (only Thai channels but great picture quality) tea, coffee, kettle next to a list of fines for things such as menstruated mess 500 baht, taking key of fob (so you can leave air con on while you go out I guess) 500 baht the list was about 20 items which I found more amusing than offensive, decent sized bathroom with reasonable electric shower, 2 pillows not great but very comfy bed. Breakfast isn’t great - home size pot of rice soup, cold eggs and hot dog with a roadster, coffee, juice and water whilst sufficient not mind blowing. The breakfast area as it currently is seats about 12 people but the hotel must have about 60 rooms, fortunately for me it was quiet. Great place to stay if you’re passing through and need a cheap but decent room for a night or if you’re working in the area. For £25 I think it’s as good value as anywhere in comparison and I would stay again for a night or 2 but anything longer and I’d probably pay the (£50-60 a night for a suite) to stay at the serenity where 3 of us comfortably fit in the suite.and theres a beautiful pool and very good breakfast. The difference is substantial but if you’re on a budget or like us an impulse trip this place is great.

This is a NEW hotel with exceptional rooms and staff. I booked with no reviews and was so surprised at the hotel. Great location, back of the main road so quiet, helpful staff with good english skills if needed. You could not get better 10 out of 10

Value for money short stay”
If you're in the area for business or on a budget or passing through this is a great value hotel, breakfast is very poor but there was only a few guests as i could see so it may get better when its busier. Good location by the main highway but set far enough back the noise from the traffic is minimal, decent sized room, air con very good and comfy bed. There is a strange tariff of things you have to pay for if damaged or missing but i didn't lose or break anything so it was ok for me

Good room, clean and spacious but breakfast needs improvement. Not worth the price of 1,000 baht per night. Bread was expired, chicken rice and stir-fried chicken with cabbage had only skin and no meat. Only egg fried rice was good. Thank you.
