“Short and Simple”
I've been coming to Pattaya for almost 2 years. I've stayed in many hotels and apartments in Pattaya. Finally I try Train Resort this time. So here's my review. Hotel is located along a main road but the rooms are resort style ground levels. The rooms are at least 500m inside from the main road. I had to order Grab food or Grab bike to go out everytime. Rooms are outdated and a bit old. However, the beds are super comfortable. AC is very good and cool. Everyday, they would burn rubbish nearby and the smoke would pass every rooms. But as long as you close the doors, it's fine. TV has hundreds of movie and channels local and globally. I literally spent 2 days on movie marathon, covering all the blockbuster movies. The toilet door ceiling is very low, maybe about 1.6m! First time I hit my head, but after awhile I got used to it. There's a 500baht deposit. I paid only 300baht per night on the low season. Overall decent stay, but due to its bad location, I may not return again unless they offer the same rice.
