WONDERFUL villa just minutes from Pattaya ”

In a country that is overrun with foreigners that have exploited it, naturally, customer service is almost non-existent. BUT minutes after I booked I got an e-mail from Vix who in PERFECT English answered my millions of questions and guided me throughout my journey to Pattaya from BKK all the way to my room, and we arrived late at night and well past check out. I have never had someone so accommodating in my over 20 times to Thailand. He helped us with EVERYTHING, booked all our cars, taxis, etc, and was in constant communication with us. And on that note, the distance of the villa from the town is almost a blessing and well worth the taxi/motorcycle ride, which we had no trouble getting. We are young girls too who partied at a nearby festival at night but appreciated the peace at home. All of this combined with the villa being wonderful (and I am extraordinarily picky) and with a private pool, I will DEFINITELY be back next year and this villa and experience comes highly recommended. The villa and property itself were very clean and large, the bathrooms extremely big and clean and modern, full kitchen, living area, it was all wonderful and we had no issues with anything. Appreciated having breakfast delivered everyday too.

Staff really good and helpful. The villa was unbelievable high standard and layout. The resort is away from the centre of pattaya and jomtien so a bit quieter. Easy to find driving by car.

Exceptional!”

The villa was very well decorated, middle-high class furniture and facilities! Good price. All thing we need for BBQ party with friends, also breakfast. The house was clean, location not difficult to find. Staff are all good. Already told friend to make another reservation! :D Only one thing I did not understand, the light in the garden where we do the BBQ was dark, we need to use the phone to be a torch. At first it was worse no light even in the pool side haha, but we called the staff and they came so quick to turn on the lught in the pool, so it's better.

Great place away from the hustles”

Overall the hardware is great. The villa is clean and spacious. The pool is also deeper and bigger than some other villas. Location is far from the city so you need to drive yourself (15 mins drive from the beach road if you know the exact way and less traffic, 25-30 mins with traffic jam at central road). No taxi is around. However, the software (service) is very poor. There is no room service and you have to clean everything yourself. Towels are replaced only when requested! Personally I would not recommend to friends as I am quite lazy to clean myself. I would not clean as I have already paid for a hotel price. The electricity surcharge is also a problem. I booked a 3 bedroom villa and we only used the air conditioner for 3 rooms and living rooms, no more. Most of the time we are out in the city and there is still quite a lot surcharge. The villa should take this seriously and make your guest feel home. Taking into the workload and the surcharge into consideration, I would rather pay a little more and stay at other villa with all the service and no surcharge.

Didnt think it was really that far when others said it was lol (own mistake) We didnt have a car so travelling anywhere costs us quite a bit. Cabbies always slaughtering you everywhere you wanna go and honestly not many uber drivers around (most are from bkk that sent clients down to pattaya) The Villa itself was nice, spacious and clean, though the access to the pool is a little disappointing and dangerous for little kids to be around. Could have been designed much better. Not much place to walk around the pool at all (literally outside the master bedroom. Open the sliding door, one step and you're in the pool). There's a table and two chairs outside by the pool and 2-3 feet away is the pool. No steps or stairs in or out of it. the bbq isnt gonna be by the pool but by the driveway or porch as there isn't space for it. Nice quiet villa and area. Away from the partying, hectic, drunk tourists.

CLASSY STAY!!”

A pleasant classy peaceful stay. The villas are awesome! So clean and specious. Locality is beautiful as hundreds of similar villar are there in a row.. for the families who seek peaceful quiet stay away from the hustles, it is perfect! Staff are helpful. Only two cons.. 1. Places to eat are far away..they arrange for cars an all..but its expensive. So unless u cook.. its a bit problematic. 2. Its away from the city centre... but then again..thats why I had booked it. In short... TOTALLY RECOMMENDED! Go for it!

Above expectation”

Room: Good. Full of facilities. We love and enjoy the kitchen and living areas here. Pool: So big (4 bedrooms type) There are 3 parts (Jacuzzis, children pool, pool) Service: Air-conditioner in one room was not work (not cool). The staff immediately to provide us a good service to fix it.

Pool Villa in Pattaya”

The house looked great but it was a little bit dusty i'm allergic to dust so i'm very sensitive and can tell right away if it was really clean. The bedroom at the back has very loud noise from the water-pump. Avoid that bedroom if you can. The kitchen is neat and has big, well-working refrigerator but the plug is very near to the sink so be careful when you are washing something. The staff counts everything when you check-out but did not do so when you check-in. They said a wine glass was missing when we had no idea where it was. And how can we be sure that it wasnt lost before we check-in? Luckily the manager said it's fine so we finally could leave after a long wait. The pool was clean and big. but there is no stairs to climb up from the pool. It's quite deep so it's super difficult to get off the pool. If you are not strong enough or travelling with old people, i strongly not recommend this place. but if you are young people, this place is very nice and fun.

Good Villa, nice swimming pool and good for group”

We booked a 4-bedroom villa for 2 nights, overall experience is good, villa is spacious, good air condition, free parking outside the villa and comfortable bedding. However, although there are 4 bathroom and only 2 bathroom has hot water and water pressure is not really high, also the sofa and chair is not really clean as you could see there are some dirty on it. But if you are looking for relax the it's still a good idea to book here. Lastly important is don't consider if you are not decide to driving because it's quite far away from beach road

Great place for family / group”

Rent a large villa with a group with great value for money, cannot find better in the city. Ideally have a car / transport, as the location is not in walking distance of the main city.

Great experience”

The unit we stayed in was beautiful. Well styled and exceptionally maintained. The staff was all friendly but beware of fees. Breaking anything results in a very high charge compared to the value of the item. We came at about 1:40 PM to check-in and we were not allowed to check in 20 minutes early so don't plan on getting there before 2 PM either.

Did not fulfill customer special request ”

I already request twin bed when booking, and Agoda confirmed with me, but the Villa said no twin bed can be arrange, and the double bed is damaged. My friend( two man) sleep at sofa two nights then have another villa change for us! The door access to pool cannot lock, is very danger and not security! Have insect inside the pool! They bite me a lots!

Very nice house but out in the middle of nowhere.”

The villas are actually single homes in a gated community. The pool was smaller than it looks in the pictures. Water pressure was a little low. You must have a vehicle to get to and from or around this place. It is a long way out of the way. Other than these items the place was great. The two bedroom house was a nice size. Bathrooms were well appointed. We cooked in the kitchen and had a few parties. Because if this place, l will be looking to stay in houses from here on out. In closing, this was a good spot. If you have a motor bike or a car, it will be worthwhile to stay a little further out of town than usual.

Good place for relaxing at beach with your family in Pattaya”

Come here with your family for relaxing at beach by private cars. Should bring fresh food with you to make BBQ or something outdoor or indoor. Remember that it's so far from Pattaya city (about 15Km) and hard to buy food or anything here.

The place is not accessible if you are not driving and the location is quite far from the main pattaya street. Afterall everything still ok.

Nice but Far ”

There were actually many villas still under construction and the site doesnt look that good. The villa i stayed was good though, we had a private pool and the villas were nice and very good value for money. Location kills you, from the villa, it is around 20 mins away from Walking street. I do recommend you to rent a car if you decide to stay since hiring a cab takes a look time and costs you more transportation costs. Do note that the hotel has limitation on electricity use. We never turned off anything and got charged 10,000 baht for penalty. Apart from that, the hotel was acceptable

The swimming pools look a lot bigger in the picture. A pool could fit the most for about 4-5 people for a comfortable swimming. The entrance to the village is full of a lot big holes. The small car should be careful of that.
