Awesome Experience”

I read a lot of reviews of this hotel, some favorable and some not. I am writing this review solely on my experience here. I was staying at another hotel just next door to the Whitehouse Condotel and back in the day it was a top notch hotel. However, today that hotel is dated, dark and not what it used to be. Therefore, I decided to give this hotel a shot and could not be more happier with my decision. Since moving to the Whitehouse Condotel, I must say that my experience has been exceptional. The hotel is nice and very well maintained. The staff is friendly, warm and eager to help with whatever they are asked. They are very professional and communicate conversational in English as well. My sister is traveling with me and she agrees that our move to this hotel was the best decision. I spoke with the manager, John, an English fella and he said that they do their best to make sure everything operates smoothly. I cannot say enough good about this hotel.

In my view the best endorsement I can make for a hotel is: I would stay there again. I have visited Pattaya annually starting in 2011. Each time I've stayed at the Whitehouse Condotel. In connection, I'm planning a visit in the early Spring of 2020. Yes, I plan to stay at the Whitehouse. My last visit was July 2019. As always a great stay. However, I injured my knee (over exertion) and was limping around. They provided me with a much needed crutch. This made the remainder of my visit much more pleasant. The staff are excellent and helpful. I really like the location. Laundry across the street, Wonderful Bar is nearby about a 1 minute walk. Also, near is a shopping area with restaurants, grocery store, and a pharmacy. Yeah, I needed some ibuprofen with my hurt knee. I would recommend using Google Street view to check out the area. A short walk gives you access to all kinds of things.

Stayed at the Whitehouse Condotel for 8 nights and had a great time. We took a Deluxe Suite which was absolutely brilliant with the facilities of a studio apartment which allowed us to cater for our young daughter very easily. At two and a half years, she has very demanding tastes (Terrible twos as they say). Met the owners who were equally as freindly and helpful as all the staff. The location of the Hotel well suited our needs and although being in one of the busier parts of Pattaya, it was pleasantly quiet. All said, very enjoyable stay and well recommended for anyone travelling with young family.

I've stayed at the Whitehouse Condotel about eight times. I keep coming back for many reasons. The location is great! An inexpensive laundry across the alley, Villa Market (huge supermarket) in a shopping mall, a friendly beer bar at the corner, Boots Pharmacy nearby, Family Mart, and numerous restaurants a few minutes walk. It is a guest friendly hotel with a good process for ensuring your guests have an ID and that you are safe after your guest leaves. You get a call to ensure you are okay. The clients are usually mature older men, many golfers, who are quiet and create a pleasant environment. Yes younger people stay there and seem to like the hotel because it is quiet and laid back. My best endorsement for a hotel is that I'm a repeat customer. I will stay at the Whitehouse Condotel on my next visit.

I stumbled upon Whitehouse Condotel quite by accident and I'm really glad that I did. I found everything about the place to be perfect for my tastes. The exterior of the building is very nice, the lobby is very spacious and nice, also very well appointed. There is a very nice bar in the lobby and the dining area is right through the doors by the bar. I found the food to be very good and reasonably priced. The free breakfast was from a set menu with several different choices including western and asian choices and was surprisingly tasty. Our room was actually a fairly large 1 bedroom condo with 3 small balconies. It was very clean, nicely appointed with many amenities, very comfy, and super quiet which is rather unique considering that it's situated in just about the middle of everything. There are 3 laundries within 50m, an ATM just outside the door, and many restos and bars close by as well as shopping and transportation.

I have giving the Whitehouse Condotel many outstanding reviews and I continue to stay here every-time I go to Pattaya. I am reluctant to say too much because I do not want the Hotel to be full when I plan my trips.

Our stay in Whitehouse Condotel was very nice. The staff very nice, the room big, clean, comfortable and quiet. The location is also very good, near shopping centre, beach, walking street. In the price range of maximum 1600 it`s a good hotel. And meets all the expectations. Will stay again if the price is not bigger de 1600 which i saw sometimes is...

Best Kept Secret”

I've stayed at the Whitehouse Condotel four times. I will always use this hotel if they have a vacancy. It caters to the golfing crowd and the clients usually are more mature and courteous gentlemen. This means more peace and quite and a respectful atmosphere. The kingsize bed was comfortable. Rooms were clean and the staff were just tremendous and friendly. The only issue was the wifi. It had limited range and my room seemed to be at the outer range. They were in the process of upgrading their wifi. In connection, working to extend the range.

Feels like home”

John and his staff are so welcoming. After staying at the Whitehouse, I could not imagine staying anywhere else in Pattaya. From arranging golf games, loaning me clubs to use, great breakfast and hotel bar, the Whitehouse is the best. The servers and desk personnel treated me like I was a loved one. The cleaning staff is so honest, I could have left a million Baht out in my room and nothing would be missing. I left this hotel with tears in my eyes, like I was leaving family.

Whitehouse Condotel is my go to place in Pattaya. The rooms are always clean and the staff treats you like family from the moment you walk in the door. The room decor is nice with a large comfortable bed. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to everything.

The Whitehouse Condotel is an excellent place to stay in Pattaya. Good basic hotel, centrally located, quiet (something of high importance), and very nice, competent staff. Reasonably priced on Agoda. Will definitely return.

MY GO TO PLACE IN PATTAYA”

WHENEVER I AM IN PATTAYA I ALWAYS STAY AT THE WHITEHOUSE CONDOTEL. LOCATION IS GREAT. ONE BLOCK FROM THE BEACH. I SUGGEST THE EXECUTIVE SUITE. MORE SPACEOUS AND HAS A KITCHENETTE FOR COOKING OR WARMING UP FOOD. STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS.

Great location”

2nd stay at this hotel over the past 13 months. Will stay again. Cons Decor is a bit dated Pros Location - close to Pattaya beach, Walking street and Central Plaza. ATMs, Money exchange & convience stores all within a 100 metres of entrance. Facilities - Pool is great, room service meals are great, housekeeping is fast and comes around mid morning. Airport taxi service was on time and car was good quality. Room - While room decor is an old school wood theme it's all very clean and well maintained. Firm beds with nice linens and pillows. Shower water pressure is strong (which is unusual for Pattaya hotels), TVs are high end HD models and work properly. Cable channels come in clear (which is unusual for Pattaya hotels). Surround sound system is a nice plus. Air con was quiet and frosty

This is the second time I have stayed at the whitehouse and again have had a trouble free time, Hotel is close to beach and all attractions my room was clean and tidy and the sheets changed everyday, Staff at the hotel very friendly and helpful breakfast is good.Overall had a good time will be back in pattaya soon and will stay here again

Perfect Location to walking Street and beach”

The Whitehouse Condotel is located in central Pattaya and it is just a few minutes walk to famous Walking Street to restaurants and the beach. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. I would always go there again.

Hotel in good location & comfortable stay”

I have booked this hotel with recommendation and good reviews from Tripadvisor. Indeed the hotel never fails my expectation for the start. The room is spacious and comes with a in room dining table and a queen size bed. Aircon unit which allows you to control the coolness of the aircon to your liking. It comes with a balcony that have outdoor table and chairs for you to sit. Ashtray is provided at the balcony for smokers. It was all fantastic for the first night. But I had this "theft case" in my room the next day. As whitehouse condotel offers the room with a key and key holder, one is suppose to slot the key holder into the slot to activate the power supply. Anyway the location is superb!!! Google map it and you understand what I meant.

Nice breakfast, close to beach, comfortable room”

The rooms are extremely comfortable with great accommodating chamber service where they always cleaned the room when I asked. My routine was to jog the beach road before breakfast, eat breakfast,cool down, shower, then the daily activity. Across second road is movie theater and bowling alley and spa services (hair, pedicure and manicure). There are many nice food places on soi 13, same street, but I suggest avoiding The Haven where the employees smoke in the non-smoking interior section. Whitehouse uses regular keys in this electronic age. I imagine that they will have to change soon. I appreciate that they check the id of any visitor, it makes me feel safer.

Very pleasant hotel in my preferred Soi in Pattaya. Room was comfortable, good aircon, nicely furnished, excellent housekeeping. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool on the roof good to cool off in. Food in hotel restaurant good and price competitive. Would definitely return to the Whitehouse !

The Whitehouse Condotel offers excellent customer service, and the food i ate there was very good indeed. I was on a business trip and i enjoyed both my evening meal and breakfast, the breakfast was possibly one of the finest English breakfast that I've enjoyed in Thailand. Parking at the hotel is both safe, secure and its easily accessed. There are many expats who live there so the choice of both local and international food along with organised golf trips from the hotel.
