The accommodation is much better than expected. It is located close to the main road, in the same alley as the temple. The room is much nicer and cleaner than in the pictures. The bed and pillows are very soft. There is free Wi-Fi service, convenient parking, and in the morning, there is a coffee machine available that makes very delicious coffee.
We went to stay as a large family (8 people) and booked 2 family rooms. The outside looked very clean, but while we were staying there was construction for drainage in front of the hotel, though it didn't affect our travel as it was still convenient as usual. The area around the hotel was clean. Once we entered the room, it was even cleaner. The room was very new, and the electric appliances were very new as well. The bathroom was clean, and everything including the mattress, pillows, and blankets was good. We stayed for one night and slept comfortably as if we were in our own home. In the morning, we checked out and traveled to pay respects to Luang Por Sothorn, then in the afternoon we headed to Pattaya. The point is that we forgot our power bank (which was left plugged in in the room). The staff at the counter called to inform us that we left something in the room. They said to add their Line ID to provide our address and they would send it. We thanked them and said to let us know the shipping cost and bank account number so we could transfer the money. The staff said it was okay, free of charge, and the next day they sent the item to us. I want to say the service was excellent. It was actually our fault, but the hotel didn't charge us. The service was very good and attentive to customers. I would like to recommend anyone looking for accommodation in Chachoengsao, we highly recommend it. The rooms are really good and worth the money spent. If we have the opportunity, we will stop by to stay again.

I forgot my keys in the room and can't get in. I want to contact the staff, but there's no one around. I would like to have an emergency number clearly visible in case of necessity. Everything else is good. I have stayed here before and intend to come back again.

Overall, everything was good except for the coordination among the staff. We had informed in advance that we would check out late and had asked the staff whether we needed to notify them. The staff said we could inform them beforehand or check out and pay for the extra time later. We acknowledged this and informed them that we would be late and would come back to pay for the extra time. However, the next morning, staff knocked on our door twice to ask if we wanted to extend the room, even though we had the "Do Not Disturb" sign hanging outside. Personally, I felt not very okay about it, considering we had already informed them and had the sign displayed, yet they still knocked twice. Overall, everything else was fine, including the price and services, but this aspect needs improvement. The front desk staff that receives customers should clearly record that this room has requested a late check-out with a "Do Not Disturb" sign, to facilitate the staff taking over during the next shift and to avoid disturbing guests.
