" During my trip to Bangalore i happened to stay at the Park Hotel in Bangalore. It is very affordable and value for money with excellent customer service, food and rooms, Located centrally it is very easy to travel to any main streets in the city and also easy for people to locate and visit you at the hotel.I found the spa very interesting though i was not able to utilise the facility, May be next time"

"We had travelled with family for a wedding in Bangalore and we booked this place as it happened to be near the wedding avenue. But, we were solely disappointed with the place. Rooms looked totally different than the photographs showcased in the web. There was no closet or place to keep our luggage. No direct line to housekeeping and there was hardly someone at the reception to pick up phones. No hand towels or towel rods in the bathrooms. Many of the light fittings were not working. We spotted lots of cockroaches and a few big moths in the rooms. Overall a sub-par experience. Wouldn't recommend to others unless management takes cognizance of these anomalies and rectifies them."

"Hi , it was a short trip to Bangalore .I booked Elanza hotel by seeing the ratings however it was wonderful experience staying at this property. 1: Neat and clean rooms .Well maintained four star standards 2: Customer centric front office and restaurant team.Always one step ahead to ensure our needs are met 3: All toiletries are meeting the standards of 5star property. 4: Well behaved staff and proper response to your request over the phone. 5: Excellent pricing of rooms and food tariff is very low compared to other four star hotels.Quality of food and water is very good. "I booked a Club room(which is their premium room) which was supposed to have much larger space but it is misleading as they include the balcony space and the actual room is the same size(which is pretty small). The view or balcony is nothing to enjoy. Basic facilities like Iron/Ironing board, Refrigerator etc. are not provided! Besides that, they try to charge you for everything(like extra cutlery, wine glasses) etc! Most disappointing was the cable TV service is very basic and doesn't include CNN/CNBC or any other regional language options. I offered to pay extra for it but they had no way of supporting it! During office hours, it is extremely difficult to get into hotel if you come from the opposite side. You will have to snake your way into the exit entrance and get into the hotel! Find it disconcerting....perhaps they should revers the exit and entry gates(gave that as a feedback!). Staff is friendly, food options are good. "

"To be honest, I always go Bangalore for business trip, and I’ve tried many hotels, holiday inn has a great location where u can see horse racing, and the room is super comfortable and clean, the stuff there are efficient, the only thing need to improve is please offer more opetions for non-veg foreigners, please....."
