5-Star hotels & resorts in Al Ain

"I really enjoyed my stay at Danat Al Ain with my family. I found the cost of the room very competitive taking into account the 4 star rating and various facilities and such nice rooms are much more expensive in Dubai. The hotel is quiet located outside the center of Al-Ain surrounded by palm trees, but only about a 10 dirham (about 3 $US) taxi trip from Al-Ain mall so going to the city center is fast and affordable. Hotel restaurants were a bit expensive as one might expect in a 4 star hotel. Our room wasn't that big as compared to a similarly priced hotel apartment but very nice, clean and in good condition. My only complaint was that there was no free internet, not even slow speed wireless, which I expect at such high class hotels. "

"Al-Ain is very spread out. We had a car, so in the end where to stay became less relevant based on location, as we knew we would need to drive everywhere to see some of the attractions anyway. Ayla wasn't particularly close to any of the places where we wanted to visit but that wasn't crucial. The hotel itself, food options and parking were. Therefore Ayla ticked all our boxes. It was reasonably priced compared to other Al Ain options yet had very good standards. Clean, touches of class and a very comfortable room standard. The TV channels were among the best of many hotels I have ever been to too, with so many film channels in English. My wife and I spent hours at night watching great Hollywood movies! The pool was compact but nice and the gym, excellent for a hotel standard. It was a big, big plus that there was free underground parking (get the car out of the sun!) and never a problem to get a good parking space. The hotel is opposite a decent mall, with all the obvious food choices that kids could go for. It was a pretty decent mall in fact - large enough to shop and wander in and had entertainment etc there too. Al Ain is not blessed with as many hotel options as Dubai and Abu Dhabi, so for me, Ayla should be near the top of the list of options (at the price we got). We certainly would stay here again."

"We had a very comfortable stay. I've tried other hotels in Al Ain and Rotana definitely rates the best. We booked for a Classic Summer offer but they upgraded us to a Premium room which is in the Premium wing. The room was spacious and very well furnished. The kids loved the pool. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a short break in Al Ain."

"Came to Telal with my niece for an overnight trip and we were looking for a little culture and authenticity outside of Dubai. So glad we came across telal as an option. The resort is 1/2 hour before you enter al ain coming from Abu Dhabi- and nestled in the desert about 20 Minutes from the main highway. The reception and restaurant buildings are under a huge tent that makes you feel like you're entering a befouling camp. Our room was beautifully decorated with the colors and textures of te Arab world but with modern amenities- flat screen tv, huge soaking tub etc. Open the door and our room opens right into the desert- we managed to wake up and watch the sun rise over the desert while drinking tea in our pajamas! The breakfast was delicious with different and plentiful options. Although the resort is remote and quiet, there are many interesting activities to do. We rode bikes, took a camel ride and had an archery lesson- -all before lunch! Then relaxed at the pool. Great trip!"

" Hili Rayhaan is the best hotel in Al Ain for me, I love their GYM so much and even the Egyptian coach is really helpful and you feel you have a personal trainer. I kept working out everyday. Just 1 point is the variety of breakfast and launch, also I would advise that you don't serve canned food, I would prefer fresh food such as beans. I would advise if you could provide healthy options rather than serving peanut butter full of sugar and hydrogenated fat More fresh soft fruits "
