"After reading the review ( after my booking) I was afraid , but like to give it a chance and honestly, for the price payed, Wendo not regreat it ! I live in a near city and tried lot of hotel in hat yai, and as I was going with 2 teenagers for an interview a the close school I book 2 rooms at that hotel with my wife. The room was large, bed clean and comfortable, air cond working super good and hot water as well. A seating area, USB port close to the bed. Again, for the price payed it was great ! Ok... a bit of dust on the ceiling..... not a beautiful reception desk, but efficient staffs, for a bit more than 300 baht we was satisfied. ( and the secure car park was a plus ). Good"

"My wife and I were very pleased with the hotel. Prior to staying here, we were in another hotel before we made our way to Satun. In Satun, I was looking for a Muslim-friendly hotel and found this. I booked and the stay was excellent. Will come back to this hotel if we visit Hat Yai again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Flora May. From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly helping to make the stay very pleasurable. The hotel was very clean and everything worked. The room was spacious and comfortable. The wifi was excellent. We had the pool to ourselves and it was really lovely at the end of a hot day. We had good breakfast with plenty to eat and the standard of evening meal was excellent. The hotel is quiet and though there appeared to be some small foods stalls and a 7 Eleven nearby we didn't venture out. There wouldn't be anything close by for those seeking retail therapy - for that you would need to travel into Songkhla or Hat Yai. We highly recommend a stay if visiting the area."

"We needed a place to stay that was reasonably close to the airport so we could catch a very early flight the following morning (thank you so much to the Baan Waan staff who drove all 6 of us to the airport at 4.50am). The rooms were great, spacious, clean, super comfortable bed and a good shower. The staff also drove us to Central Festvial (only about 2km away) and offered to pick us up again when we were finished (we elected to walk back so were shown which landmarks to follow for our return trip). We bought food from Central Festival and Baan Waan staff were happy to provide us with plates and cutlery so we could have a picnic in our room. The family room was huge (two full sized rooms & bathrooms with a connecting door) and the kids loved the teddy bears. We highly recommend this hotel and will certainly stay there again when next in Hat Yai."

"This place is really nice and clean. Although its a bit far from town but we booked it because its quite near to the airport. Staffs are very helpful. The best part is there is a private car park for those who drives their own car from Malaysia. Price is really affordable. My #1 choice to stay whenever i travel to Hatyai."

"A budget cottage and 15min from HatYai international airport. Have a nice restaurant and delicious Thai food. We all enjoy staying here and having a great meal everyday. 20min drive to Ton Nga Chang Hat Yai waterfall."

"Less than 10 minutes drive from Hat Yai airport. Call the hotel ahead of time to schedule a pickup from the airport, don't fall for the ridiculous taxi prices at the airport. The hotel looks newly built and is very clean though minimal. Front desk speaks English and reception was easy. The hotel complex is at the end of a gravel road surrounded by farms and nothing else, no convenience store or even road side stall. However they have an on-site cafe restaurant offering a good selection of Thai dishes, a well translated menu with photos, and cooked by a very nice lady who doesn't speak English but will understand you. The rooms are individual 1 room 1 bath houses each with their own car port (you can rent a car on-site very cheaply). Rooms are clean, with air conditioning, refrigerator, and hot showers. No clothes hangers during our stay, though, which was the only fault we found. Free shuttle to the airport. Remember to tip :)"

"Cheap & easily to locate . It's ver basic of what they offer , but it's good enough for the price we pay for . Great part is they have a room that fit 4 adults . Staff was really friendly , helpful & good with English . Wouldn't mind stay here again for my next trip . Slight far to the border but there is no traffic , so I believe a 10 min drive is more than enough. "
