Very bad hotel i have seen”
They wait for you, if you ask them clean the room they will do. If you dont ask them do that, they dont care if your room is dirty. You can hear all kinds of sound outside because of the quality of the wall. The breakfast is so cold egg with bread.

This hotel is one of the cheapest in the town and is also right on the river. The view of the river in the morning is wonderful. The rooms themselves are basic- but the view makes this hotel great.

A good budget stopover in Chau Doc”
Great view of the river from the back terrace. Only problem was my aircon didn't work and the window didn't open.

Close to market, offer fair price tour package”
Less than 5 mins to the market. Room with ac. Terrace is amazing (they lock the terrace at evening). Terrace view even better than Victoria Hotel in town. Very poor breakfast with break and egg (or jam/butter to choose) and tea/coffee. Staffs who speak some little eng would most converse to sell tour, but with quit fair price. I join the one to the floating fish farm, floating market and cham village (200,000 dong, motor boat). If done with the mekong river scene, just take the ferry (1000 dong) across the river to linger on the cham village.

Lady on desk nice, helpful, booked bus for us. The guy who took our bags up, 3rd floor grumpy. Neat view from balcony at the end of the floor. Breakfast was awful. Cold eggs, fried or omelet. Coffee, they had no milk. Rolls, no butter.

Rats”
There was rat poo in our room and when we went to sleep we could perfectly hear a RAT family sharing our room with us. The staff wasn't helpful at all and didn't want to change our room. We had to use google translate to explain them that we hadn't paid for a ratfull room. Finally they did change us.

Das Hotel ist wirklich nicht zu empfehlen, sehr alte abgewohnte Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsräume. Leider das Geld nicht wert!

La colazione inclusa é essenziale e fredda Il personale é carino ma inutile e non sa molto bene l'inglese Hanno variato piú volte la cifra della stanza e della nave per arrivare a Phom penh. Ci hanno fatto aspettare/pagare per il trasporto fino al "porto" quando in realtá era a pochi metri dall'hotel Cibo scadente Sconsigliato
