The positives: -great location, walkable to a huge Lulu, Viva and quite a few really excellent restaurants -quiet room, cleaned well -very clean and comfortable bed and pillows -excellent sofa and eating area -covered parking -kettle, microwave, dishes, cutlery -good AC The negatives: -THEY DO NOT HAVE NON-SMOKING ROOMS. They just blatantly lie and put you in a smoking room. -The morning desk worker is lovely and she solved the problem of the "no breakfast included" mistake quickly. The afternoon guy when we checked in said he would solve it but didn't. Make sure you have a screenshot as proof. -The cleaning manager stopped us at the lift to call the cleaning workers from their work to introduce them to us and then ask us to submit a review with their names in it, which is intrusive. -only one bath towel provided despite it being a room for two. Had to call and ask for a second one, but each day they only left one again So basically, if they had actual non-smoking rooms, I'd go back. Meanwhile, they should stop lying to guests about providing smoke-free rooms.

All i can say is perfect place to stay, we’ve been to a lot of places from abu dhabi, dubai,rak and then this on fujairah. The place is perfect. You can cook and bring your own food and i preferred to cook our own food thats why i was so happy that we chose this place to stay, you can wash your dirty clothes and its ready to wear again after u take from the machine as they have washer with dryer. Everything is accesible to everything u need, its just beside the lulu hypermarket and the gym’s as well, one of the facilities i preffered to get nearby. 1miillion ot of 5 😄

If you're looking for a awesome place to stay in Fujairah that won't hurt your pocket, TIME Moonstone is the right place. The apartment was spacious and clean. My family and I had a pleasant stay, the only let down for the kids is thaf they don't have a swimming pool😅 Other than that, it's definitely worth it.

“Exceptional place to stay; super amazing staff; just wish they had more facilities on-site for kids entertainment like a mini playground”
This is undoubtedly one of the best hotel apartments I have stayed in that still kept the bar high even on a second stay. It's not so costly taking cognisance of the facilities therein. The breakfast on this trip was very nice but had relatively limited options for a buffet. The guest restroom was not perfectly clean when I arrived but I called and Abdulazeez came to clean it to perfection. The kitchen was lacking some utensils but I called and Ramkrishna came to stock me up. The pressing iron wasn't working well and I called then Hassan came with a better working one. The point with the examples here is that while there were few issues, their friendly and responsive staff were always able to assist with resolving them. As for the great thing it was nice (and not too creepy) that the hotel staff remembered me from my last stay and made have a genuine "welcome back" feeling. In this line, I'd like to appreciate the aforementioned staff as well as Abdul, Stephen and a couple of other staff I met some of whose names I don't remember especially a dark complexioned African security who went out of his way to assist us and make us feel welcome again. We had a nice experience in their jacuzzi and gym. Even though the kids would probably have benefitted from an on-site play area they were able to enjoy the spacious 1-BR, closeness to a big mall with a Lulu in it, and easy accessibility to town from the area towards their friends' place and other fun zones in the city. Staying on the 11th floor also made us experience an amazing view of the city, the Gulf sea, the mountains, and part of Oman. Our stay ended with a very easy checkout facilitated by Evelyn (or so I forgot her name). We were assisted again with our luggage by the kind and courteous Sharma on our way out. It was a truly amazing stay which we look forward to reliving again another holiday in future. Thanks for being truly great TIMES Moonstone.
