Me and my wife stayed here for 1 day although it was planned for 3 days but due to hotel policy remaining day(s) booking amount was not refunded. Hotel staff was good, they provided water, tea, coffee, soap etc. in the room but the size of the room and washroom was small. Although there was no restaurant/kitchen in the hotel but you will find restaurants next to the hotel building and they can deliver it in your room as well. Good but limited options of food and local transport and the bus stop is little far from the place. The hotel was clean and near to the residential area so you will find few super market near by that will help you to buy ready to eat food.

You definitely get what you pay for. The reception staff was great , they let us checkin early considering how tired were we after long flight. The rooms were clean , the location is great with bus station just 5 mins away by walk. The supermarket and restaurants are nearby. definitely recommend and will book again here.

I had a great experience here at Topstars hotel. Both porters were extremely helpful, Mr Saeed carried all my bags and welcomed me warmly. The bedding smelt divine and fresh and the sheets and duvet cover were spotless and white. Everything was spotless and clean including the bathroom and the towels. I asked for an extra packet of coffee this morning and it was graciously delivered. The security guard and receptionists were also really helpful. 10/10 recommend. Will be back again! Also...the water was nice and hot 👌🏾Thank you for a super clean, comfy and thoughtful stay 💟 Remember to be kind to the ladies at the front desk, they are mothers and sisters too. Service is prompt, good response, ask for water or to refill coffee bar they are delivered to the room within 5 mins ... excellent location, quiete a few eat out options around this hotel, you can find good food for very nominal price... the madinat zayad shopping mall is just 300-400 m away... for any needs. However the downside is ..the rooms are small, cramped for the price they are charging ...even though this hotel price is lesser compared to other hotels but still it doesn't make it cheaper when compared to the room size, small rooms though..the receptionists are Philipinos and they seemed to be little grumpy and uptight .. no smile, no welcoming gesture, however their response to your queries isn't bad.. there are two janitors who are quite good and friendly, 1) saeed khan from Pakistan and Unais from Srilanka ..both of them are friendly and very friendly .... however overall all the staffs are good and I'd say the experience has been pleasant.. they are flexible with check in and check out time as well..and these small little things goes a long way for customer satisfaction.. as far as cleanliness is concerned the rooms are just about alright ...and the washroom of my room was clean.. There is no fan in the room however the AC effect is awesome ... even when you turn off the AC ..the room temperature is still very pleasant... sometimes you won't know if the AC is on or off .. you call the reception for any query and the response and TAT is very good. Itd be complete and great if They could provide tooth brush, paste and shaving kit if possible.. overall a very pleasant experience..
